Affiliations
Member of Evil Geniuses for a Better Tomorrow.
Frequently calls on Foxtrot Company for assistance in "field tests".
Long-distance relationship with hero Spacey.
Personality
Egocentric, bombastic, prone to mad laughter. Craves attention and praise. Very tenuous grasp of reality. Easily bored with any subject not relating to robots and/or lasers. Often develops "crushes" on men whom she perceives as approaching her own genius.
Powers
Robots
Builds robots. The robots also have lasers.
Poison
Originally, Elenor carried small vials of various substances, which she tossed at foes and friends alike. After accidentally ingesting a sample of Hamidon plasma, she gained the ability to secrete similar chemicals from her skin, and transform into a leaf-covered form at will. She does not seem at all bothered by this.
Flight
Elenor owns an anti-gravity belt that can lift her through the air.
Abilities
Extremely adept at turning scrap metal into unstoppable engines of destruction.
Practically impossible to forcibly control. While she is by no means *immune* to influence, any attempt to brainwash or mind-control her will only result in her behaving (even more) erratically. Once free of pressure, her mind quickly returns to its regular state.
Weaknesses and Limitations
Completely insane. Devoid of meaningful empathy. Jealous of other roboticists.

Trivia
- Influences include: Washuu from Tenchi Myuo!, Agatha Heterodyne from Girl Genius, and Checkerboard Nightmare.
- Name is a play on "Leonardo da Vinci". She was originally supposed to be more of an all-knowledgeable "movie scientist", but then became focused entirely on robots and lasers (with chemistry as a hobby).
