Might Makes Reich was an enemy of The American Safeguard. The 5th Column sympathizer clashed with him nearly twenty times before he was killed when an overzealous vigilante knocked him into the path of a tram going through the King's Row station. There have been reports of a man with a similar outfit and powers working with some of the Safeguard's former enemies, but there is no solid evidence of these claims.
