Mr Mountie is a Canadian hero, blessed with a mutation that allows him incredible invulnerability, and nigh-unending strength. Luckily, he was raised to have a strong moral compass that allows no deviations, and has plied his remarkable powers to the purposes of justice, peace, and providing hope. After a rocky start in his home country he was sent to Paragon for political reasons. There he met the Silver Guard, and in them his future wife, Bridgit O'Malley. Since then he has served in the Dawn Patrol, as well as fostering close relations with the Reciprocators, and the Freedom Phalanx. He's come to adopt Paragon City as his second home, and has co-founded the Overbrookers with Bridgit in order to insure the continued safety of the city, and to bring hope to its citizens. His daily life is a mission of helping the average citizen rather than simply arresting the bad guys, and a commitment to protect the city, one neighbourhood at a time.
