Operative Richard Cardigan

Father of Ryan and Michael Cardigan. Formerly an employee in Paragon's "Venice" district. He was lost during the First Rikti War. Though his whereabouts in the interim are still unknown, he is currently known to be a soldier in the Arachnos army.
