History

Max Toole was the much-celebrated defensive end and star player of Aeon University's football team. A product of his enviroment, living in the Rogue Isles and destined to join Arachnos, one of his favorite pastimes was torturing brainy classmates who were not as athletically gifted. Unfortunately, the nerds of Aeon U are generally recognized as mad scientists in the making. Several of them, tired of being bullied, plotted revenge by contaminating Max's regular supplement of steroids with a sample of enhanced pig DNA. The highly unlikey result was a monstrous mutation resembling an anthropomorphic swine. The experiment was considered a failure, as the first thing Max did was beat up those responsible. Expelled, he first became a free agent under the name Pigskin, and has since been drafted to United Underworld as dumb muscle.

Pigskin possesses enhanced strength and durability, as well as a ferocity in battle that can compare to a wild boar. He has a thick hide which he then protects with a layer of athletic padding. His olfactory senses are also especially powerful, although it apparently does not apply to his own offensive body odor.
