Abby Beck, or "Puppers" as she's somewhat affectionately known, is a struggling musician from Kings Row trying her best to follow her dreams and keep rock and roll alive.
Born a mutant with distinct canine features and some... Somewhat exagerated proportions, Abby's mutations seem to all be entirely surface level. Effecting mostly just her apperance and aside from some slightly heightened sense of smell and hearing, she's no more powerful than the average human.
Just an ordinary meta-human civilian with a guitar, some big dreams, and an adorable floofy tail.
