The Final Order
Since he has been stranded in another dimension, Radiotoxic-Man has joined a new organization. The Final Order gives him far more freedom than working under Anti-Matter had, so he doesn't feel particularly compelled to find his way back to Praetorian Earth.
Ambulance-Man
While Ambulance-Man feels a bit unnerved by an evil version of himself wandering around, Radiotoxic-Man has thus far done little to agitate the hero version of himself. Neither feel particularly compelled to confront the other so long as they are staying out of each other's way.
Lady Violet
Though she has shown absolutely no interest in him, Radiotoxic-Man pursues Lady Violet to no end. Thus far she has ignored his advances, though he remains convinced she is in love with him.
