Early History
Growing up in Philensdrough, Phil never left his house as a kid in the mid 19th Century. Phil was sick with every infection, disease, and virus imaginable; the only thing that kept his spirits up was the company of his twin brother, Jason. However, one night there was some arguing between his mother and an unknown man that he never seen before. The stranger raped and mutulated his mother and impaled his father with a sword. Mourning the loss of his mother he saw the man knock out his brother, thus putting him into an animal rage. He felt a sharp pain from his wrists and multiple spikes emerged as claws. He empaled the stranger and cut off his head revealing that it was a Rikti in disguise. He carried his brother through the woods as multiple sirens, explosions, and Rikti soilders chased after the two young mutants. Phil soon found out that he had a thirst for blood, fighting, and killing and signed up, with his brother in military services.
Military Services
Phil was noted as an expert assassin, special operation unit, and a reconist with his mutant ability to enter a "stealth-state" where no one could hear, see, smell, or know he was there until after they were killed. His mutant skills proved useful in several wars including the American Revolution, Civil War, Spanish American War, World War I, World War II, Viatnam War, Cold War, and even in the first Rikti invasion. One day in Berlin, Germany during World War II he, his brother, and his entire platoon were captured, tortured, and poisoned with Mustard Gas. The exposure of the gas killed his platoon and almost killed the mutant twins; however, Phil found out that his lungs expelled the gas from his body and healed his lungs. He later escaped with his brother and fled the camp, and eventually made it back to the Ally forces base. He was seperated from his brother during the first Rikti Invasion when a Rikti captain bashed Phil across the skull, thus knocking him out, and kidnapping his brother.
Rouge Island
Attempting to "drink away his troubles" in a bar he soon found a beautiful woman who had a proposition for him. She said she could give him the skills needed to find the Rikti captain and kill him; unfortunatly, he never knew the full magnitude of her deal until it was too late. He went aboard on the first ship to the Rouge Islands, and meet the woman's boss, after landing in Rouge Island he was ambushed by Arachnos soilders and knocked out. He woke up to a laboratory filled with esteemed guests, Dr. Aeon, Lord Recluse, and his four henchmen. He later reconized the woman he found in the bar and foud out she was the infamous Ghost Widow along with he associates Black Scorpion, Captain Mako, and Scirocco. Dr. Aeon explained to the guests that he was going to infuse Phil's skeleton with a mixture of metals that he "collected" like Adamantium, Impervion, and Titanium and improve his stamina to give him "super-speed". After a series of questions the procedure started; he was dropped into a tub filled with ice-cold water, and sharp needles started to spin rapidly. The needles were submirged into the cold water and then drilled into his skeleton, and the strange liquid flowed from another tub into his body. Due to the immense pain he passed out, presumably dead by Lord Recluse, Recluse told Dr. Aeon to "dispose" the life-less corpse and keep the skeleton. Phil heard this and went into an uncontrollable "Animal State" where nothing but pure rage drove him. He killed the soilders that tried to kill him and cut off Black Scorpion's tail before disappering into the sea below him. After Phil escaped Dr. Aeon soon found out that the stamina turned the metalic bones into a non-metalic state to prevent magnetic attacks. Lord Recluse soon was informed of the potential threat he was and labeled him "a weapon that has no end for vengence."
His Hunt
Today, Phil spends his time in Pocket D trying to "Drink Away His Suffering" being labeled a "Traitor" in the Rouge Island and a "Monster" in Paragon City. He continues to hunt for the men responsible for making him a monster, the captain that seperated the brothers, Ghost Widow for betraying him, Lord Recluse for trying to use him, and many more. Most villians/ villain groups hire him for his "skills" in assassinating small heroes or his special operation skills in "big-base operations". He has tangled with big time heroes and villians such as Back Ally Brawler, Posidon, Black Scorpion, Captain Mako, and even has come close in assassinating Lord Recluse. However, no matter how much he drinks, how many people he kills, or how many "duties" he preforms, he will still be reminded in the pain he has gone through in his life.
Horseman of Death
An alternate verion of Reapor Demon Ninja is one where he is consumed by rage and has killed off Lord Recluse. He has been aproached by spirit guaranteeing him immense power, imortality, and answers to all of his questions. He accepted the spirit's offer and was granted the position of "Horseman of Death"; his claws were re-molded to form a giant blade that emerged from each of his wrists, his stealth was increased to co-operate with his super speed, and his regeneration allowed him to revive himself and the other horsemen. Assuming this role he spread destruction and chaos to multiple cities on both Paragon and Rouge Island commiting massive genocide to all Super-Powered creatures. During this reign of chaos he fought his own brother, but couldn't recognize him under the massive Impervion high tech armor. The battle took place in Atlas Square and destroyed most of Atlas Park; afterward, Reapor impaled Ninja after his chest piece broke off from the globe, from the Atlas Statue, collapsed and broke the armor. After the takeover of Paragon City, Reapor soon discovered that his overlord had commanded him to kill his own brother as a way to make "his horseman" stronger. In a furious rage, Reapor traveled to the Charred Chamber and killed Apocalypse by decapatation and soon murdered the other horsemen. With the remaining .05% of the world's super powered creatures surviving he traveled to the Artic Circle and spent the remainder of his lifetime frozen in a block of ice.

Weakness
- On one occasion a Rikti spear, made of 100% Impervion, impaled Phil and caused excess bleeding. This was lead to a theory that if the impervion from his bones would come in contact with another source of impervion could slow down his healing process. When being hunted by Lord Recluse, Phil was brought down with over 150 tranq. darts, this would be over the dossage to kill Back Alley Brawler.

- He has unbreakable claws that never go dull, thus can cut through anything. Has "hyper-senses" that enable him to detect enemy scents, sounds, and see them from afar.He also posseses an incredible ammount of White Blood Cells, T-Cells, and Hemoglobins that some might call it "Hyper-Healing". This allows him to with stand gunshots, bombs, knife wounds, fist fights, and even laser shots from orbital satalites. After the surgury, it has been found in an old "Project Fury" document that "......Weapon V has shown true stength today when he lifted Black Scorpion's suit and threw it, with him in it, 750+ yards. I have spoken of this to Lord Recluse and he seems undecisive to send Weapon V to deal with our "problem". Dr. Aeon, March 24, 1978 1:46 a.m."
