Despite her somewhat small stature and delicate features, Sylvia Draudr is the daughter of a Jotunn, an ancient Norse Giant. She just only inherited the "Frost" portion of being a Frost Giant.
Around Paragon City and the Etoile Isles, Sylvia has been steadily gaining notoriety for a string of large scale casino heists and bank robberies along with a small but skilled team of misfit crooks. Other criminals have begun affectionately calling her "Sweets" due to her almost doll-like features combined with her apparent addiction to sugary treats.
It's a shame her personality isn't very sweet to match...
