The Paragon Universe

The Paragon Universe is the OOC name of an intensely interconnected group of teams and solo heroes who share a base of operations, a communications channel, and other resources.

The founding members of The Legion accidentally discovered a portal to an abandoned hero base in the neighborhood of Faultline, once known as Overbrook. Knowing that the resource was too valuable to be kept just to themselves, these generous heroes allowed several other teams and many solo heroes to share the base, now known as The Citadel. STORM and Incognitus were the next two organizations to move into the Citadel. In September 2009, Paragon Pride began to call The Citadel home as well.

• The Legion

Paragon City is full of powerful and mighty individuals -- individuals whose deeds are now legend. All too often a threat arises that is so great that no one being is capable of handling it alone. Now, those mightiest of heroes have banded together to meet those threats with equal force. Their name is Legion.

• STORM

Strategic Tactical Operations+Response Management. Paragon City is in a state of constant crisis. When the threats are greater and more numerous than the PPD, Longbow, and Vanguard can handle STORM answers the call. Specializing in emergency response management, STORM uses whatever force necessary for the given situation. The agents are an efficient, brutal and ecclectic group. When it's all just too much, that's when you need STORM.

• Incognitus

Financially backed by several countries, private industries and global organizations, the Incognitus were originally formed to prevent the Great Beasts of the Other Side from gaining foothold onto the Earth. The Paragon City branch is a team of heroes (magic and not-so-magic) who have seen horror and come back from its last rites.

• Paragon Pride

The Paragon Pride is a family of science heroes. They currently operate out of the Citadel.

The Paragon Pride has existed in one form or another since Prof. Paragon's college days. As the next generation has multiplied, so has membership in the Pride. It's now the largest it has ever been, numbering seven active heroes.

• Independents

Lone wolves by choice or necessity, these heroes use the base to continue their solitary adventures. Independent and self-sufficient they join others when conditions are grave. They answer to no one.
