Tera Scyne showed promise at a young age. After the death of her parents she devoted her insurance money to bettering her education and herself to saving others so that no one would have to go through the heartache that she did. Realizing that she was better suited as a developer of tech to keep others safe than a down-and-dirty Hero, Tera has founded The ShadowTech Corporation to develop products that can bring safety and security to the common man.

Personality
Tera is quiet, but not shy. Knowing what to say and how to say it, she seems to usualy get her point across and have things go in her favor. She is flirtatious and seems to enjoy the friendly company of other women. Tera is also your typical business woman, willing to sell anything if it betters to companies profits.
Powers
The Psion Suit MK3 Prototype
Tera's Powers come from her prototype Psionic Stimulation Suit, the MK3. Unlike other Psion suits that the ShadowTech Industries division manufactures, the MK3 is made of a nanite microfiber array giving it the ability to morph at the user's whim into a collection of preconfigured patterns. The nanites also act as a makeshift neural network, helping power patterns to be retreved and played back from the P.A.C. into the mind at a much faster rate.

Tera is intelligent and amoral. The most important thing to her is her work and the ones close to her. Other than that, It can and will be disposed of if it gets into her way.
Manipulation
Tera is good with words.... Very good with words... She may play dumb one second and then hit you will a brick wall of info the next. This Bundled with her amazing abilities of persuasion makes her quite the contender of wits.
Charm
Being well endowed and broke at a young age, you learn to get what you want by flaunting what you have, and now that she has finally made it, the skill still comes in handy. Tera is a big flirt and an even bigger tease and not afraid to break a few hearts to get ahead.

Tera had a rough childhood. After her Late Grandfather failed to create The Brother In Arms serum in WW2 and could not get Subject 7 back to perfect the formula his company, ScyPharm, fell apart spiraling the family into debt. Having to deal with near poverty life getting an education was hard, but doable, so young Tera persevered. However, shortly after graduating high school at age 11, her parents staged their death, committing suicide but making it look like an accident so that she would escape the Scyne family debt before she was of age to and receive the insurance money, which was just enough to cover what her scholarships would not. This event scared her and gave her a new purpose... to protect people. At age 16, Tera completed her Psion Suit, a device that would unlock the unused portion of the human mind and enhance the active portions, so she could fight along side the heroes of Paragon... but Brother in Arms, the elusive Subject 7 that has brought her family so much grief, emerges to protect the city during the Rikti invasion. After discovering her Grandfather's past she becomes corrupted with hate for Brother and collects the remnants of ScyPharm to from a new company, ShadowTech. All of ShadowTech's many divisions all have a singular purpose, to capture supers and study the nature of superpowers to prepare for the day they capture Brother so Tera can complete her grandfather's work... and turn a massive profit in the process...
