Tsoo-icide begun life as a name only. The name was liked, and so a character had to be made to go with it. This is the character that evolved.

Affiliations
Tsoo-icide is an active member of The Crime League. She is usually found working with Imperialus, and his henchman Malfire. In addition, she is on the payroll of General Nacht, being the primary trainer of his elite infiltration squad.
Personality
Tsoo-icide is a cold-blooded killer. She is suspicious of everyone and does not make friends easily, perhaps due to the number of enemies she has on both sides of the law.
Powers
Ninja Blade
Tsoo-icide was trained from birth to be an assassin. Her skill with blades is phenomenal. Her weapon of choice is a katana that she liberated from a fallen hero. The weapon's origins are unknown, but it's construction is of the highest caliber, made from the strongest alloys that man could devise. The razor sharp blade is always with her.
Ninjitsu
Trained in the arts of infiltration and assassination, Tsoo-icide knew 20 different ways to kill a man before she was a teen-ager. Most of those involved getting close to the target, and for that, she had to learn the ways of the ninja. While she would never call herself a master of such arts, she is most definitely a learned student. There are very few people she cannot get close to given enough time.
Additional Powers
Leaping
Tsoo-icide's training in the art of ninjitsu and other exotic martial arts has unlocked the secrets of ku hane: the ability to cloud walk. She is capable of incredible leaps from rooftop to rooftop, and is able to stand on the softest snow leaving only the barest of traces.
Weaknesses and Limitations
Tsoo-icide, for all of her training, does not possess any of the super powers of those she fights with or against. She knows this, and always ensures that the first strike, the battleground, and the stake of the fight, are all hers. But in the end, she is only a very small young woman, and quite possibly very vulnerable.
In addition, the Tsoo are always hunting her. For the most part, she has found safety in the Rogue Isles. But if the Tsoo ever hear of her whereabouts, she can always expect them to throw their best at her in an attempt to avenge their fallen and restore their honor.
Character History
Little is known of Tsoo-icide's history. She speaks little of it, and the Tsoo themselves are obviously very tight-lipped. The best story that can be put together is that she was one of their trained assassins, schooled from birth to be another of their unrepentent killers. But something went wrong and she betrayed them. In one bloody night, she killed dozens of their number and mutilated the nephew of Tub Ci himself. It's thought that the act of betrayal was compounded by the fact that Tsoo-icide was merely a girl. Whatever the case, over the last five years, the Tsoo have expended incredible amounts of resources in an attempt to exact revenge.Shortly after her betrayal, she took the name Tsoo-icide and set about making a home for herself in the Rogue Isles. Over the course of numerous jobs, she hired on with General Nacht. Quite impressed with her abilities in stealth and infiltration, the General contracted her to serve as a Major in his "army" and train an elite corps of commandos. Through the General's backing, she eventually was granted inclusion into the shadowy organization known as The Crime League.
Trivia
- Tsoo-icide's katana was originally owned by the hero Wu-Jen, an apprentice of the Golden Recluse, and a skilled swordsman and magician in his own right. Wu-Jen had sought Tsoo-icide for questioning, as he and his master were seeking the location of Tub Ci, information that Tsoo-icide might possibly have. Because Wu-Jen was able to (easily) locate her via his ancient magic, Tsoo-icide decided that the hero could not be allowed to live. She killed him the next night while he was back in his secret identity and took the katana for herself.
- While the Golden Recluse is above anger, he knows that Tsoo-icide must be brought to justice to answer for the killing of Wu-Jen. Golden Recluse and Tsoo-icide are mortal enemies.
- General Nacht's troops refer to Tsoo-icide as "Major" at all times.
