Unending Scream is a useful catspaw that I looked after in the alternate dimension known as Union. Perhaps he's the same person, an echo, or something entirely new?
Personal History
Difficult to say; some people think they might have met him in the past, but it could be cleverly planted information. People have overhead Scream suggest that he was a former Longbow Operative who disagreed with the direction the organisation was taking. Following a failed mission - in which he claims he was left out to dry - he states that he was arrested by Longbow and experimented upon, implanting him with sound-bending technology. Since that time he has stayed within the Rogue Islands.
No known relatives, no known partner. Observations carried out on Scream in social environments has seen him flirting with both men and women; it's unknown if he is ambivalent in his view of relationships with both sexes, or if he simply doesn't care when it comes to getting what he wants out of people.
Skills & Specialities
Apart from being a trained combat soldier, specialising in martial arts, Scream has used his augmentations to develop a range of sound-based powers, ranging from attack through to defensive methods.
Other skills he possesses includes highly developed computer skills; he has been rumoured to have been hired for several 'hacking' attacks on numerous Rogue Islands and Paragon City systems. He seems to have had, at one point, a competitive relationship with at least two other self-identified hacker specialists.
It has been suggested that Scream does hold several high-level Longbow clearance codes, and has used these when hired by groups interested in causing trouble for Longbow. Some suspicions have been raised though - if Scream has these codes and has used them, why haven't they been deactivated? Perhaps he is an undercover agent after all?
Powers and abilities
As noted above, Scream uses Sonic powers, although he tends not to rely on them exclusively; whether this is because he hasn't gained full control or there is some problem with the powers he has been implanted with is unknown.
