People:
Torch Juggler - A friendly woman she has met shortly after her arrival in Paragon. She has helped Uzuri feel less like an outsider and more like a part of the City, and at home rather than an uninvited guest.
Supergroups:
Personality
She is friendly though borderline shy. This is mainly because she was always unusual, and an outcast. She has tried not to let this bring her down, however it has still made her into a quiet person. Although she genuinely wants to help anyone she can. Though once you get to know her she opens up. Not unfriendly by any means, she is simply slightly aloof around strangers or in crowds.
Powers
Primary Set
Storm Summoning:
This ability is something of a mystery for her, she is able to harness various natural phenomenon. Wind, ice, snow.. She suspects it has something to do with the nature of her mutation, which was caused by natural events.
Secondary Set
Lightning:
She's had this ability, but to smaller degrees, all of her life. Even as a child she could give people static shocks at will. The shocks were never harmful or very powerful. That changed as she started to become the human lightning rod in her teens. Each time she was struck all the hair on her body would become a little whiter, and her natural charge would become stronger.
Additional Powers
Travel
Flight:
Able to 'bend' the current of air in her vicinity she can take flight with great speed. Usually an accompanying strong gust of wind signifies her passing overhead.
Power Pool
Fitness:
A runner in her youth, she has made it a point to keep in shape, she tries to run where she can instead of fly to try to keep herself in good physical condition.
Abilities
Weaknesses and Limitations
She is a normal human being in all other aspects, with the same weaknesses and limitations of one.

Character History
When she was born she was a very normal newborn baby. And that 'normalness' continued on through her childhood, for a little while. As she grew older she began to be the victim of seemingly random lightning strikes. If there was even a rumble of thunder outside, and she was outdoors, she would be struck. It got to the point that before her 18th birthday she had been struck by lightning dozens of time. The strange thing is, none of them, which should have been fatal, were not. In fact they didn't even injure her, the only thing they did, was cause a very embarrassing side affect. Every time she was hit, every hair on her body would turn a little more white. By the time she was an adult, every hair on her body was stark white. Hair on her head, her eyebrows, and other places, was all stark-white. Along with that, she also noticed she could slightly affect the weather around her, mostly depending on her mood. If she was down, then it would be overcast and rainy, if she was happy it would be warm and sunny.
As she grew older, the push to find just what was wrong with her became stronger and stronger. Which lead to her ultimate decision to travel to Paragon City. At the time it was seen as the epicenter of research into advanced technology, magic, and even mutations. She had no real intention of becoming a heroine as she was pretty sure she didn't have the raw power to make much of a difference fighting aliens, supervillians and such. That did change when she saw from a distance a heroine that inspired her to redouble her efforts, and at least try.
Trivia
- The idea for the lightning strikes whitening her hair came from a minor character in the John Candy Movie "The Great Outdoors"
- In some ways is a homage to my first and favorite "main-stream" heroine. Though with my own twists and background as not to infringe on the copyright of said character, and not to just be a dang copy-cat.
