OOC NOTES: Lili is my answer to my 'don't touch me' character. I wanted someone who couldn't make physical contact, and Lili definantly would cause problems if she tried to. So far she is a little underdeveloped, but time will fix that. ~Akkai

History

Liliandra was born into a family with two mothers and no father. Her birth mother to this day still refuses to speak about her birth father.

GIFT has been working extensively with Lili to determine her skin condition.

Lili has contacted Gremlin and Thimble of the Teen Phalanx to begin further investigation.

Skills

Lili is still a fairly new hero. She hasn't quite discovered the full extent of her powers, but has certainly found it effective. By concentration of will she has found she can toxify and erradicate an individual to merely nothing. She has no physical powers, but can sway the tide of battle in her effects.

Her powers have yet to be fully defined. Lili knows that the toxins in her skin and blood seem to be directly related to her abilities.
