Vix stemmed from a desire to make a truly stereotypical, patriotic hero. Her original version even came with a red, white, and blue outfit and the most adorable pigtails. *coughs* All evidence of this outfit has been thoroughly scrubbed from the City's database, and she hasn't used it since the first time she hit level 20 back in 2004. Vix was also the very first character I made on Virtue, followed shortly by Ruby Fusion.

Personality
Vixen is a truly sweet, caring individual, although she's (thankfully) managed to grow out of being naive. Without being sappy or overly-emotional, she always tries to do the right thing -because- it's the right thing to do. Despite her best efforts to control her temper, however, she does have one - and it flares to the fore in defense of her mate and her children. Thrust into her role as Priestess of the Dawn years ago, Vix has at times struggled with the mantle of leadership, but as time passes she becomes more and more accustomed to the duties expected of her.
Powers
Vixen's mutation allows her to manipulate static electrical charges in the environment.
Force Fields
By altering the base charges of ions in the atmosphere, Vixen is capable of producing repulsion fields that vary in size from hand-held balls to spheres large enough to encompass entire rooms. Due to the nature of her shield generation, she is unable to layer multiple shields on herself, however.
Electrical Blast
Through the same charge manipulation that she uses to produce shields, Vixen is capable of directing electrical charges into 'blasts' from point-to-point, much like nature produces lightning.
Flight
Vixen does not 'fly' so much as she manipulates charges in the atmosphere to create repulsion fields on which she can hover and float, using much the same mechanics as a mag-lev train.
Medical Training
Vixen received basic First Aid training during her school years, and has augmented the rudimentary knowledge she gained with specially-constructed medical devices.
Character History
Victoria Valore stepped off the bus (literally) in Paragon City nearly four years ago, intent on using her newly-found powers to aid humanity. The child of a Marine, she was raised with a deeply-ingrained sense of right and wrong, and the knowledge that those with the power and ability to aid others were expected to use them to do so.
