Xanatos/Galarius

Galarius, demi-god and destroyer of worlds. He is perhaps both Xanatos's greatest enemy and also a father of sorts. (for it was Galarius that created Xanatos as his herald and sent him to earth in 1901.) Galarius was born many years ago as a member of an ancient race of demi-gods whose name have been lost to the ages. The race was all but wiped out by the Well of the Furies, with Galarius being the only surviving member. Now Galarius travels the cosmos, destroying any planet with sentient life on it. His motive? To stop the Well of the Furies finding new civilisations to bestow with great power. Galarius attempted to invade Earth in 1960. But Xanatos, along with several other heroes, sent him packing. Galarius has not been seen since.
