Yuriko is a mild and level headed individual, always planning out her next move long before she acts, giving her the type of wisdom necessary to lead the White Lotus Society effectively, and putting her effectively as head of the Society. It would be wise to use caution around her as she tends to be so calculating that it can often times be very dangerous for those around her.

Childhood
Not much is known about Yuriko's Childhood, and it is a secret that she likes to keep to herself. It is said that long ago an impetuous Demon Hunter fell for a beautiful Demon maiden, the hunter unable to resist the woman's beautifully strange and seductive eyes. This legend then states that the Demon hunter, once he sired a child returned when the child was born, slew the mother and took the child as his own. The child luckily showed no signs of her demon lineage save for her beautiful purple eyes. The man would raise the beautiful half demon child only to slowly lose himself to other presuits.
Early to late Teens
As she grew up the Demon hunter would place his daughter in the care of a group of Priestesses, that little her father would know, she would learn to distance herself from him and eventually break the ties to him. Here she would choose the name Yuriko, and kept the name Hitomi as despite it belonging to her father, she still enjoyed the name itself. With the other priestesses Yuriko would travel all of Japan in search of dark powers and weapons that would need to be sealed to keep their dark magic from being thrust upon the world. Time and time again the young Priestess sealed away one dark power after another. Eventually her travels would lead her to a pair of blades that needed to be sealed due to the fact they were rumored to once belong to a beautiful Demon. The twin blades were just as beautiful as their previous master, the dark purple blades ebbed with the corruption of the Demoness. Yuriko would once agian run into her father, only by now her father had changed and saw nothing more than taking what would give him power. Shogun Hitomi would claim the twin blades nearly killing his daughter in the process. It would later come to light that the Grey Lotus had lead the crazed Shogun here to claim the baldes, but little did they know it would set Yuriko down a dark path, one paved in only the thoughts of her fathers entrails spilled in his own home.
Yuriko suffered greatly from the near death experience, so much so that she nearly died, however, it was under the watchful eye of the Priestesses that would grant her the ability to live, extending her life and giving her renewed hope. Once she was well Yuriko set out to hunt down a deadly warrior, her own father and the hands pulling his strings.
Beginning of a long life
Yuriko began to hunt the legend of the Grey Lotus throughout Japan, always moving from one Dojo to another. She was always looking, watching, and learning from those around her slowly honing her skills into a fierce killing machine. Soon after news of the fall of the White Lotus Assassins at the hands of the Grey Lotus, Yuriko was seen at the ruins of the White Lotus village searching for clues, and clues she found. Eventually the Grey Lotus would lead her right to her father, and before she knew it her and several Grey Lotus as well as her father were locked in combat. Needless to say Yuriko would lose and she would be thrown into the Shogun's prision.
Many long years Yuriko spent in that dark hole, honing her skills, keeping herself strong and treating every day as if it might be her last. Eventually her father would forget about her and leave the palace he had built for himself. This lead to her eventual escape from the prision and her first time setting foot in america.
The most recent events
Yuriko spent the next several years learning and becoming even stronger, her twin blade style earned her great power in the Rogue Isles. She would eventually, however, find that Lord Recluses plans were really no differant than her fathers and struck out to do something more. One day while moving around the Nerva Archipelligo she happened upon an old cave that was protected by a powerful seal, the kind of seal that made old magic look young. Upon entering the cave, after some time trying to break the seal, she happened upon a dusty old book that contained writings on some of the oldest magic in existance....Rune Magic.
After taking the book and learning everything she could from it Yuriko made a name for herself as a rogue, playing both sides in the war between good and evil, but only for what would get her what she needed. Fineally she had amassed enough knowledge and patience, and now new power to infuse her old weapons with runic power and returned to Japan. After a few days of hunting Yuriko found her father once again, only this time, not guarded by his Grey Lotus assassins Yuriko easily dispached Shogun Hitomi and took every asset he had that he had gotten in kickbacks from the Grey Lotus and turned the land into a massive dojo hidden far in the misty mountains of Japan. This dojo would become known as the new home of the White Lotus Society.
Once the Society was established she set into motion a chain of events that would lead to her being able to confront the Grey Lotus once again, only this time, instead of hunting down her father she would hunt down the Grey Lotus with the goal to one day end the Grey Lotus and take their evil from the world.
