Pulsegirl is, like many other characters, a Supergirl inspired character but added some Elliot from Scrubs and The Wild Thornberries in the mix. She was made for the group called Teen Templars who are based off of the Teen Titans. Although they're more of the cartoon version, I totally had to make Supergirl anyway.

Alone
Emma was found wandering the streets of Yorkshire, England with her sister Kodi at five years old. Even when found, she never seemed sadden by her lone wandering. Always smiling and giggling, but not able to speak yet to help find her missing parents.
Soon Emma was sent to an orphanage with her sister, where they spent one year living in.
Adoption
Bartolomeo and Kathy Amorelli were newly weds, who wanted a child right away. However, after many times trying, they never succeeded. Their next plan was to adopt and so they went to the orphanage and took in Emma. But once they found she had an older sister, they took in her as well to not want to seperate the two.
The World
Bartolomeo Amorelli creates documentaries for a living and travels the world to film the most bizzaro and the most beautiful things. After adopting Emma and Kodi, the family set off onto the road.
They traveled and lived in places like Africa, China, Germany, America, Turky.. and many more, all in one giant RV.
Powers
Energy Manipulation
Emma has always been very energetic. VERY energetic. Once she turned 13, her life changed. Her hands would pulse red and her vains would pulse blue. It was an itch she had. It never hurt, but it was an itch she couldn't scratch. She gave in to the itch and began dangerously firing energy bolts, which tore a whole in her living room wall.
Boy were her parents surprised when they came home.
Energetic Strength
Like the bolts, she found, with enough energy, she could punch straight through almost anything, as well as lift up fairly heavy objects. But the strength is not controllable and can vanish and appear at any time.
Flight
Flight became natural to Emma at age 14. She discovered it by sleeping. Her mind was at peace, and when it was, she'd take flight.
Paragon City
At age 16, Emma's powers became stronger and more uncontrollable. Her parents, not an expert in superpowers in any way, decided to send her to a place were most heroes learn. Paragon City.
There they looked over programs to help her, until they came across the Teen Templars flier and spoke with one of the leaders. Brickbreaker. Who was happy to have her aboard and was sure to help her in training. And thus, Pulsegirl was born.
Affiliations
Novacrush - Emma's older sister. Found in England, and raised over the road. Though they fight, they're close - being the only actual biological relative, Emma looks up to her - EVEN if Kodi is a bit.. clumsy.
Bow-SIinger - Pulsegirl is really shy around Bow. Also awkward. She stutters and gets embarrased way too easily when he's around. Her secret crush on him finally leaked out and they've been dating ever since.
Blase' - Pulsegirl's best friend. They bonded pretty quickly. Almost TOO quickly. When they're together, doom comes closer to this world.
Galaxy Shot - Gave her a lolipop and said they should be friends. And so they have been. Claire is Emma's second best friend. They're going to have a cartoon together.
Diablo Boy - She's really jealous that he can turn into animals and thinks that's the coolest superpower ever. He's nice and funny. She likes that too.
Ballistic - Helped Pulsegirl out when she was in an awkward situation. Wants to repay her. Will probably buy her some like, shoes or something.
Dusk-Hawk - Hawk keeps to himself and Pulse respects that. But so wants to pull pranks on him someday.
Red-Ripper - Thinks he's cool. Likes his tattoos when he's out of his costume.
Fire-Burn - Thinks he's kinda weird.
