OOC Notes
Blue Streak is a version of one of my favorite kinds of heroes, the super speedster. He was inspired by the Flash and actually Sonic the Hedgehog. His costumes were inspired by both the Flash and Quick Silver. I wanted this character to be an normal young herioc character to be a member of a group of heroes simular to the justice league or freedom phallanx. As he grows in levels, he will be customized to be as speed centered as possible. He might not be the best MA/SR scrapper but he will make sense as a character.
Personality
Blue Streak is a very fast paced hero. He is impatient and quick to jump to conclusions due to his brain being accellerated by his powers. He is somewhat immature at times and very playful. He still has much to learn about being a Hero. On the other hand he is very Herioc and selfless and when things are important, he gets very serious and tactical. He deals with the stresses of being a Super Hero with comedy.
Powers
Blue Streak's atomic structure has been slightly rearanged making the attraction between them stronger and also has mixed them with the energy of an exploding star thus giving him the ability to accelerate much faster than usual and also of course reach speeds far out of a normal human's ability. His brain was also affected along with his muscles giving him the ability to think and react much faster than a human giving him super reflexes.
A Fighter
After recieving his powers, he wanted to become a crime fighter in Paragon City and he knew super speed would not be enough. So before he registered as an official hero, he spent two years studying mixed martial arts. Using his super speed and accelerated mind, he learned very quickly how to be a worthy hand to hand opponent. His fighting ability is escalated by his super reflexes and speedy manuevers. However his strength leaves a little to be desired. He still hopes to continue his training even as a hero and hopes to one day find a permanent mentor.
Back Story
Blue Fiasco was a normal high school student until one fatefull night. He had stayed in school very late hanging out and had to walk home. While taking a short cut through a large field he saw a yellow glow in the star lit sky. He stopped to gaze at it momentarilly and before he knew it a yellow beam of energy had shot from the sky directly onto him. The beam was a concentrated astro explosion of a star. A very unstable yellow star was struck by a huge comet which resulted in an explosion. This explosion by chance was funnelled and sucked into an opening worm hole and was redirected directly at earth in the form of a yellow beam. This beam just so happened to strike Blue and Blue alone. When he awoke serveral hours after the impact of the beam he was extremely soar, thirsty, tired and had a headache. Though he was visually unharmed his technology such as his cellphone was fried. He eventually made it home and shared his story to his parents. I did not take long for him to realise his new found abilities. He decided from then on that he wanted to be a "Super" in his home town of Paragon City. He finished high school at his parents request but was studying martial arts more than studying. He then started college two years later in the city and registered as a hero. He was soon doing more heroics than school work and soon later, he dropped out of school and join SDI Ltd. Wolfcry Division to become a full time hero. He now works with Wolfcry to fight crime and expand his story...
