Friends and Associates
(in no particular order)
- Dorian Summers Her lover and companion. They share a home in Dark Astoria with her variety of adorable little robots.
- Elizabeth Bloodmoon Her ally and closest friend. Elizabeth was the one to help her when she was at her lowest point in life, and heal the mental wounds that tormented her for so long.
- Pandora's Hope FX's relationship with Hope, is much like her relationship with hope. She attempt to befriend Hope but invariably fails and turns her away.
- Miss Sparrowhawk A young friend of Fredrica's, she has grown close to this girl over time, and now even helps to supply her with her technologically advanced arrows.
- Sam Davis Another close friend, and the current romantic interest of Iris. Sam is one of the few meta-intellectuals that FX is on good terms with, and she is always happy to see him and chat about various things. Though she is rather disappointed he has no interest in advanced technology.
- Paragonian Knights The Supergroup she has allied with.
Enemies
- Governments of the world. Though she is no longer fighting for control of the globe, she has earned far too many enemies in far too many government organizations. This can tend to impede her attempt at doing good, now that she has turned away from her darker path. This old hatred extends to local police and even Longbow agents.
- Crey. Fredrica has worked with Crey on multiple occasions. However, the company has dropped all pretense of niceties and has opened up all out war against Fredrica, trying to capture her for their own ends.
Physical
Appearance
With blazing red hair, and striking blue eyes that show her cold insurmountable confidence, Fredrica is a memorable figure. The tall shapely young woman is noticeably thin, due to her high activity and tendency to skip meals. While attractive, and able to move with a certain controlled grace when she chooses to, she often prefers to wear simple and convenient clothing which wont interfere with her work, which can sometimes make her look drab or uninteresting. On the whole however, she fails to care much for her physical appearance, maintaining good grooming only as a social tool to help ease the already difficult climb involved in dealing with other people.
Personality
Many perceive her as course, rude, difficult, or arrogant. This is mostly because usually, she is. With little social intelligence, and a mind racing at an incredibly pace, Fredrica can often find it difficult to deal with others. She has improved significantly in recent months however, especially with her lover, Dorian. This is slowly resulting in her being more comfortable and cheerful in dealing with others.
Fredrica tends to have a natural confidence that rarely falters. She knows what she's doing at all times, and knows she can succeed at whatever task she chooses to pursue. This confidence, along with her natural beauty, tends to give her a certain charisma, despite her low social intelligence. As a result she is often able to inspire people to follow her lead and listen to her opinions without question. Fredrica, amusingly, seems less aware of this than most others, however.
Despite her mostly unswerving confidence, she has lost some faith in her abilities. Specifically, she no longer feels completely confident in her ability to make moral judgments in certain situations. Though she is slowly regaining her confidence in this capacity.
Fredrica can often be abusive to her body, eating little, over drinking at times, and indulging in drugs at times. Often enjoying the sensation of relaxing her mind, and letting euphoric chemicals fill her body.
Powers
The only actual power Fredrica has, is her mutant nervous system. This grants her heightened senses, to a certain degree, and extreme control over her own body. She can perform a variety of odd actions as a result of this, ranging from stopping her heart, turning off her pain centers, and near tantric body movements. As a side effect of this power, Fredrica has superhuman intelligence, allowing her to create a wide variety of gadgets and suits which give her, her truly combat effective powers.
Abilities
Fredrica has a nearly encyclopedic knowledge, thanks to her a perfect memory, and the ability to take in a great deal of information very quickly. She is able to speak multiple languages, and work with nearly uncomparable expertise in almost every field of science. She is an expert hacker and fighter with multiple styles of combat. She is particularly known for the accuracy of her attacks, her sped up perceptions, and ability to calculate complex trajectories in her head, gives her incredible abilities to shoot with accuracy. She easily picks up new skills and has a wide variety of talents she has developed as a result.
Weaknesses and Limitations
Besides a variety of character flaws, Fredrica has several weaknesses.
- Looping: Her mind operates in several ways, differently from normal humans. As a result she can be caught in logic loops which can have a crippling affect on her. Completely distracting her from the task at hand until she eventually falls unconscious due to the strain of maintaining the logic loop within her mind.
- Perfect Memory: Fredrica is incapable of forgetting anything that occurs within the span of her life. She remembers every single solitary moment of her existence with absolute accuracy, horrific events, random names, and what she had for breakfast 23 years ago, are all eternal moments within her mind.
- Nullification: Nullifier powers are able to temporarily shut down large portions of her nervous system, making her lose her carefully maintained control and accuracy. But more importantly, reducing her intellect below average. This can be a terrible detriment in a combat system, leading to significant errors, and sometimes even an inability to operate her machines. This is luckily on average only lasting a few minutes, however. Sapper effects work similarly, with a long lasting effect, but only causing short bursts of power shut downs, spread out over that time period. Resulting in numerous occasional mental shut downs, which rarely last long enough to cause major effects.
Opinions and Quotes
Fredrica is known for being highly opinionated, on just about everything, here we shall try to sum up some of those opinions.
- Government: A cackling troop of mentally substandard baboons.
- Personal appearance: A minor concern best left to those without the mental capacity to understand important aspects of life.
- Mutants: Clearly superior to the majority of humanity, but just barely, and clearly undeserving of the general amount of mistreatment they are forced to suffer.
- People: Idiots.
- Machines: Her adorable little babies, yes they are!
- Magic: A confusing mass of contradicting rules and nonsense... even though it works!
- Religion: Don't ask, it's safer that way.
