Billy was born into a normal family, if you consider a family in the wrestling business normal. His parents met while they were performing for a local group down in Florida and a year later they had a son. In most cases a birth of a child would change a family’s lifestyle. Not this family, there's saying that it took a village to raise a family, and that's what happened. Billy spend most of his life growing up with his Grandmother in Mobile, Alabama.

Billy was lost and confused, how could he be a mutant? He had never felt any different from anyone else. As he made his way back towards his home he discovered an old newspaper on the ground. It was an article about the heroes of Rhode Island. There was something about the thought that seemed right. If he could control his powers, he could help people out… besides, there were people who were like him there…
However, it wasn’t as easy as he thought it would be. He assumed that you went into the city kicked some ass and was named hero of the year. The reality of the situation was that he had little money left, and being a two bit hero wasn’t what it was cracked up to be….

Powers
Billy is a mutant with the ability to ignite the hydrogen molecules around his body to create various close range fire based attacks. Because, he has yet to gain complete control of these powers, the air around him can sometimes become heated.
Personality
Billy is a free spirit of sorts, most of the time he is completely carefree and doesn’t like to be troubled with the more dramatic side of life. In a sense he tries to be the anti-drama magnet. He reacts to each gender differently; with women, he the good ol’ country boy, complete with the habit of calling every woman “ma’am”. With the fellows, he’s more of the cocky frat boy with an ego the size of his home state. But, all in all he’s just a down to earth kinda guy who likes to have fun and kick a little ass on the side.
