The Beginning
A world of difference, of beliefs, of strength, of heart. To some, it'd be a strange sight to see - maybe even a beautiful one, but still strange. There is no grass, no rivers, seas, oceans, no trees or bushes. The ground seemed as if pure marble, the buildings were one with it - forged by the planet itself to give the races homes, welcoming them. A dark planet, lit only by the three moons - a red, a white, and a blue. The colors bounced off the ground, and into the air - creating a unique lighting for the planet.
The Erians were the main race upon the planet. Dominate, but they never saw it as such. The planet just accepted them as the king, as the leaders. They lived in two sections - the Soulless, and the Ones. In their beliefs, they must gain a soul - rather than be born with one. Every Erian wished to obtain one, it was the goal of life - for when Death takes them, they follow. Ones without a soul whom die, are taken into the planet with their mark left behind. Once a soul is gained, they moved to the City of One. Without it, they stay in the City of the Soulless. Every child is kept, and taught in the City of the Soulless; the beliefs, the history, and what they must do to follow Death when it knocks.
The Erians are natural born fighters. Their bodies hard, athletic - their eyes having a second layer to protect their special eyesight, for when they must hunt in darkness. No finger prints, no scent, and their breathing always calm and silent. Even their footsteps are soundless, moving with a lethal grace. They are silent, surprise hunters - however, they do not fair too well against a much larger fighter whom surpasses them in strength. It's easier to catch the enemies by surprise - like assassins, but they do not kill for the sake of killing, but to gain a soul.
The Worg'akians are the second race upon the planet; their hearts were filled with darkness, evil and their favorite meal was to feast upon The Erians. It is not vice versa, however. The planet returns the favor of food; when a Soulless Erian or a Worg'akian dies - it is consumed by the planet. The Worg'akians devour the Erians. They are a strong, large race and beast like. They often raid the cities of the Erians, taking their kills and consuming them. To gain a soul, an Erian must always take the life of a well fed Worg'akian, to give peace to the brothers and sisters who were taken by the Worg'akian. It is no easy task. One must kill one hundred Worg'akians and take the count of every rotten soul. Once all hundred souls are gained, they form into one, reborn soul - which the Erians consume and claim as their own.
Dark, and Light
The soulless Erians are born without names. They tend to refer to themselves as "This one", rather than "I" or "Me". They do not use words towards each other often, for most of their language is in body language. They are a silent race, and believe that the less speaking they do - the more they are successful in their life goal, to be One.
The soulless ones refer to their clothing as "The Soulless Shell." It is dark, as are their skins. Those who gain a soul, become light-skinned, and wear bright clothing - joining the ranks of the Ones, who help run the race and planet. They also help fight the raids of the Worg'akian, or plan attacks against them - sending the Soulless one in as soldiers.
The Ending
One day, something strange had happened to their small planet. A ship landed, and out stepped a race neither upon the planet were familiar with. First, they enslaved the Worg'akian and killed those who did not comply. Once a few of the New Race were killed by the Erians, who were upset by the unbalance - they saw the potential in them. They spoke to the leaders of the Erian race, telling them of their plan to conquer the universe. The Erians, a peaceful race, refused. They did not want to intrude upon other planets, as the New Race had done to them.
The New ones did not take no for an answer. The leaders were killed off, as were most of the Ones - and the Soulless were enslaved, to be used as assassins, as disposable warriors, as body guards. Two hundred were taken, the rest - killed. The New Race was called Illunians, and they were responsible for the loss of the Erian Planet.
The One Who Defied
A hundred years have passed since the capturing. The Erian race, only but a small community upon the Illunian planet. They were kept in a jail-type facility. The children, once old enough were sent into combat. Most returned, due to their natural abilty to fight but some did not.
The first rebel Erian since many ago. It is rumored that he is royalty upon the lost planet, decending from the first Erian who became one. An amazing fighter, and a more amazing killer. The ruler of the Illunian planet kept him as a personal assassin, for missions that 'did not need to be known.' For ruthless killings and torturings. No Erian since the enslavement has gained a soul - but this one, wished to be the first in a hundred years. He prayed for forgiveness for every kill, every torture, even kidnappings that led to killing.
Sent upon a suicide mission, the Erian faked his death - but in truth, fled to the closet planet - Earth. There he landed, seeking to gain a soul and lead his race into a large rebellion. They had lost hope. If he was able to gain a soul, they all would.
The Past of the Rebel Erian
Though the ruler's most important personal assassin, even he could fall in love. The Erians pick their mates by a simple stare. She was just as rebellious as he. He stared into her eyes, and there it was - the mark. The mark that she was his, and he her's. Eventually, they wed in secrecy and after every task, the Erian would come home to his wife.
Love left him sloppy. To finally have an attatchment to the planet, he rushed his work and often left behind traces of his faults. Once the ruler suspected the Erian of these crimes, he had a word with the Erian and soon found out about his wife. Instead of killing them both, the Emperor sent the Erian away - for he found the Erian woman very attractive. He attempted to seduce her into becoming his mistress, telling her of the gold she could have, the things he would give her and the Erian. The rebellious woman refused, and threatened to expose him. She would tell everyone of it. But, he could not have it.
She was soon killed, and Erian was left with nothing once again. That was the moment he decided to break free, the moment he decided to overthrow the horrible ruler of the crappy planet.
Present
Now, the Erian lives upon Earth. Gathering information and targets - much harder to find than upon his own. Because he has no experience, it only makes it even more harder. Little by little he understands the life, the people, the culture. It was a place for his race to start anew, without being enslaved once more.
To his surprise, the ruler's own daughter favored the planet as well. At first hesitant of the woman, he is now comfortable with her around and suspects she also wishes to see her father fall from the throne, due to the fact that the woman of her race were treated fairly poorly as well. Even royalty such as herself, was pawned off in a married to a large, disgusting creature-thing. The Erian has seen the princess around before upon her home planet, but never once interacted with her. She recognized him by his race and began speaking to him. He understands that he is not to call her Lola'nari no longer, but Lola. She also wants to take a bath with him... she is rather strange.
People
+ Spacejam - The daughter of the fierce ruller of the Illunians. Lola has taken kindly to the Erian, and proceeds to leave marks upon him from her strange touch. It relaxes him, like a vibration shooting up his arm and down his spine - relieving the tension that makes him who he is. Her language seems off - from what he's heard from the responses of others whom she speaks to. She oftens refers to her husband as "Coffee the House", which Monty said meant "Jabba the Hut."
+ Frostbound - One of the first humans the Erian has interacted with. Nikki was kind, sweet, and informative to him. He taught her how to say hello in his own language, just as she taught him how to say hello in her's. He enjoys listening to her, or speaking to her - even if he does not have much to say.
+ Rocketship - The Erian has only spoken to Montana a bit, but he is also quite nice. He wishes to make the Erian 'pretty' with fashion, but all clothes that touch the Erian's body will instantly fade to black due to the soulless. He enjoys listening to him speak, since he does it in an odd way. Monty also mated with Lola'nari a few times.
