Indigo Streak's primary superhuman power is the ability to run, move and think at superhuman velocities. Indigo Streak is able to run at speeds of at least 175 miles per hour. Moving at such a high rate makes him appear as little more than a blur over short distances.
Indigo Streak's agility, reflexes, balance and bodily coordination are enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural physical limits and capabilities of the finest human specimen.
His mutation has rendered his musculature much more efficient than that of a normal human. As a result, his muscles produce considerably less fatigue toxins during physical activities. At his peak, Indigo Streak can exert himself for up to 24 hours before the build up of fatigue toxins in his blood begins to impair his capabilities.
His cardiovascular and respiratory systems are many times more efficient than those of a normal human being. He metabolizes an estimated 95% of the caloric energy content of foodstuffs (normal human use is about 25%).
The tissues of Indigo Streak's mutant body are tougher, more resilient and more resistant to certain forms of physical injury than those of a normal human. His body is particularly adapted to resist the natural rigors that moving at such extreme velocities would have on a normal human. His joints are smoother and lubricated more efficiently than those of a normal human being. His tendons have the tensile strength of spring steel. His bones contain unknown materials significantly more durable than calcium to withstand the dynamic shocks of his feet touching the ground at speeds a human could never achieve or withstand. Indigo Streak is also more resistant to impact trauma than a normal human. He can withstand impacts, such as falling from several stories or being repeatedly struck with superhuman force, which would severely injure or kill a normal human while sustaining little to no injury himself.
Molecular Destabilization
Indigo Streak's super speed has granted him a very peculiar power: being able to vibrate his molecular structure at high speeds. He has demonstrated the full effect which enables him to destabilize atomic matter by accelerating its molecules often causing it to fall apart or explode usually by touching it. His control is very localized, so the area of effect is where he is able to touch an object. He uses this power to "enhance" his punches in a number of ways.
Enhanced Musculature
Indigo Streak's physical strength has been greatly augmented to levels beyond that of most humans. While not qualifying as superhuman, Indigo Streak is as physically strong as a human can naturally be without be categorized as superhuman. At his peak, Indigo Streak is able to lift up to 800 lbs.
Indigo Streak is able to use his highly developed leg muscles to leap great distances. With momentum, he is capable of leaping roughly 30 yards. With greater speed, he might be able to achieve longer distances.

Weaknesses and Limitations
Indigo Streak's lachrymose is more viscous than normal, thus preventing rapid evaporation and replenishment of surface fluids on his eyeballs under the influence of high wind velocity to occlude his vision. But this physical mutation does not seem to be keeping up with his growing speed. He finds that he needs the use of goggles when running at his top speed to run in comfort.
