Irradiatiae
From Unofficial Handbook of the Virtue Universe
Officially listed on the Knight Systems, Inc company roster as a Senior Technician in Research & Development, Irene Addison's true level of involvement within the Paragon City-based company is a closely-guarded secret...even within the business. The power-armored Irradiatiae, while using identifiable Knight Systems tech, is often assumed to be a disgruntled former employee, or to have purchased the components of her armor on the Black Market.

Personality
Irene Addison tends to stay to herself, her preference for quiet corners and books seemingly at odds with her bold appearance. When not at work in the Knight Systems labs, she can usually be found tucked onto a sofa at the Midnight Club, poring through a dusty tome.
Armored and suited up as Irradiatiae, she's slightly more emboldened and prone to wisecracks, although still slow to warm up to new people and incredibly reluctant to discuss her motives and career goals.
..and yes, she does have two cats.
Appearance
Although in her early thirties, she possesses the sort of statuesque figure that's prone to stopping frat boys and grown men alike, despite her unusual coloring. When asked, she merely laughs and blames her red-framed glasses and labcoat, citing adolescent male librarian/teacher fantasies and "Hot for Teacher" as the root of the problem.
With her long, lime green hair (which may or may not be natural: ask her boyfriend, she's not telling), Irene stands out in a crowd enough that she long ago gave up trying to blend in, and instead focused on cultivating her own blend of tough, smart, and sexy to play to her benefit.
Powers
Radiation Blast and Emission
The massive gauntlets of her powersuit generate and harness radiation, allowing her to release it in controlled blasts, large-scale explosions, or in precise parcels that attach themselves to enemies for localized effects.
Restricted Flight and Superjumping
Irra's powered armor is equipped with precisely-calibrated jump jets and a set of wings that unfold, offering the ability to jump large distances (and land safely), as well as hover in place for extended periods.
Powersuit
Irra's powered armor is sleek and loaded with what appears to be last year's Knight Systems tech. Predominantly black and trimmed with forest green, the suit has clearly seen heavy use - the enameled paint is chipped and scratched in a dozen places. The large gauntlets of the system register as significantly radioactive, and are equipped with containment units and directional generators to harness that radioactivity. With installed jumpjets and telescopic wings, the suit is capable of high-speed travel across varying levels of terrain, as well as limited stationary hover capabilities.
Her Mission
Knight Systems, Inc. was one of a handful of Paragon-based tech companies to be approached directly by Longbow and Hero Corps, with the intent of creating moles to send into the Rogue Isles. A massive network of these companies exist, each unaware of the others' involvement. In fact, all but a handful of Knight Systems employees are unaware that Irene Addison does any work at all outside of their labs. In truth, she's a deep-seated mole in the Rogue Isles, peddling "stolen" Knight Systems technology to the criminals there, each and every piece embedded with tracking and listening devices designed to alert Longbow if those bits of technology cross the borders of Paragon City proper.
It amuses her how few villains bother to wonder how Longbow always manages to find them minutes after they land on Paragon soil, really it does...and the pay and perks aren't too shabby, either.
Affiliation
Originally hidden within the ranks of the Circle of Midnight, Irradiatiae has recently joined forces with the Cavaliers at the invitation of Street Cavalier.
