Radiation Healing
The Radiation that emites from Irradissi's body during times of battle is an affect of the radation she was exposed to over the years, from the nuclear plant waste in the towns water. It some how mutated with the dark powers within her and the mutation gene she has coursing thru her blood. She is able to heal others near her and omit radiation blasts against assailants, harnessing their powers and making them more vulnerable towards the team fighting along side Irradissi.
Dark Magics
Irradissi is not sure where the dark powers came from...she can send out blasts of dark megma power from her hands...releasing enough dark energy to seriously damage the assailant. Its a power she has always had...something she was born with but has never used. She is learning more about its origin in the Academy, but without knowing her true parents, the process takes longer. Not knowing if it is of demon origin of just some odd mutation.

Irradissi has some baggage that she does not tell anyone, some pain that bothers her, however, she does a good job of not letting anyone know what that is. She is a great friend to the girls she is close to in school...but she does keep to herself for the most part. She is an overachiever and must learn to relax. Hopefully some of her new found friends will do that for her.
First Day
Paige stood at the bus terminal with her bags, looking nervously around knowing her parents wouldnt come charging around the corner but still worried they would. She heard the "all aboard" yell from the driver and noticed her bags had already been loaded she shrugged and looked back at the little Rhode Island town she had been calling home for 6 months now ‘guess this is good bye’ she thought to herself, hitched her backpack up on her shoulder and tightened her grip on her purse, then got in line to get on the bus.
Finding a window seat all the way in the back she sighed and felt the jerk of the bus as it pulled away from the terminal, she closed her eyes for a moment and said a silent prayer to herself hoping the Lord would grant her the strength to do what she thought was the right move. She fumbled in her purse for her Ipod, put the pieces in her ears and turned the music up, listening to her favorite top 40 songs she watched the towns pass; subconsciously her fingers traced the circles of her goggles she had deep in her purse, as she thought about what had happened not even a year ago at her swim meet when her ‘power’ first showed and how the whole town had freaked out including her parents, packing her up the next day and sending her away to a school they could barely afford just to get rid of her; she felt like some unwed mother who was banished from the small town she was born and raised, even her best friends on the squad and swim team stopped talking to her after the ‘incident’...she sighed...
The gates of Paragon City rose out in the distance, as they got closer the butterflies in her belly started to do the ‘time warp’; she pressed on it as if that would calm her. As the bus was cleared to drive thru and the gate closed behind them Paige let out a sigh of relief she didnt even realize she was holding.
letter from home
Dear Paige; Your father and I have discovered that you have left the school in Rhode Island and are now in some Academy for freaks, I cant believe you would do this to us. Just imagine what the town will think when they hear about it. Your father is very upset and has informed me it is time to tell you the truth; We are not your parents, well not your biological parents. We adopted you from an agency, we should have known in the beigining, they were so eager to be rid of you. I know you have questions but your father has changed the number and we will have moved by the time you get this letter, your father, I mean Mark, is so mad, Ive never seen him like this...well anyway...you want to be on your own kiddo? well you got it. Im very sorry and I wish this could be changed, but you know how he gets when you dissapoint him. Im not supposed to be telling you this, but I do love you baby, and Im sure that you will make something of yourself. and if you are wondering we adopted you from ACME Adoption Agency, and your mother was, well, she wasnt a stand up person in the community that is for sure, your father was never known, from what your file said. Please dont try to contact us...if I can I will try to send you letters, but I dont think I will be able to, he is so mad. Good Bye baby, please take care of yourself...this is your way out...make me proud.
Synopsis
You ever see the movie with Julia Roberts about that town that was being poisoned by the nuclear plant? Well that is basically what happened to me. The ground water was infected by the radiation from the nearby nuclear plant...and I was on the swim team...those of us that didnt get cancer and die got radiation poisoning. I already had a mutation, thats the dark stuff I can use to hurt people...Im really not sure what it is, but then thats why Im here...so my mutation took the radiation and made it something new, something amazing...I could heal and accelerate peoples metabolism and energy levels...but it was scaring may parents and I come from a small town in Illinois...they were all freaked. I got sent away to Rhode Island, like a unwed mother...then I found out about the school and decided I need to help people...I mean what doesnt kill us only makes us stronger, right? So here I am...
Ancestory Search
DNA from Irradissi has been input into the Paragonian Knights data base, the search for her parents/parent continues until we find some truth. It is believed at least one of her parents must have had some of the dark powers she possess, it is hopeful that they will be a hero registered with Paragon City Hall. If not, the 'other' records will be searched and from there, we will move out of Paragon. There have been no matches yet, but the search has just begun.
The truth of her mother revealed, a call girl from the Boston Area, she is recorded to have turned up missing after she gave her baby to the orphange shortly after birth. The birth certificate shows only a mothers name and Paiges real name to be Leah Hart. The biological mothers case is considered closed, it is stated that she simply dissapeared, possibly to escape from some bad dealings she had been involved with in the Boston Area during the early 1990's
Irradissi has been seen in and around the Dark Astoria area frequently, she appears to be studying their dark ways...hopefully she will find what she is looking for among the dead souls.
Nightmares
Journal entry The nightmares, they started a few days ago. I just dont know what to think of them, they are confusing...disturbing, the man he is...scary, but exciting. What does that mean? He tortures me while I am with him...collars around my neck, braces on my arms and legs holding me tightly hanging suspended from the ceiling...his hands on my face, my stomach, my bare bottom...he keeps me hung for days it seems, thirsty, I cry a lot...and he laughs; the worst one was when he had me strapped across the table...Im scared to sleep but curious to know whats next...why am I curious? Maybe he knows who I am...maybe if I could just talk to him ... no...just dreams... dreams....

Irradissi (Paige) is my idea of the most innocent of innocents, she tries to be tough but its just a facade...she is scared and lonely and only wants people to love her. Until recently she thought she came from a happy home...only to be shattered and a have her reality shredded to pieces to discover not only do the only parents shes ever known, now dont want her...they have also informed her that she is adopted...
