Lethal Accuracy

Lethal Accuracy draws much of his influence from Bullseye of Marvel comics fame. He also takes influence from the Medic from Team Fortress 2.

Personality
Lethal is generally an abrasive kind of guy who cares little about anything but himself and the almighty dollar. He often makes note of this too. He'll insult you, friend or otherwise, just because he likes it. He also enjoys killing too, as it seems to give him a high that he loves.
Professionalism
While Lethal has little in the way of honor, he does have professionalism. He does what he's told to do and does it as perfectly as he can. Be it a hit, operation, medical procedure, or otherwise. He does what he's told. He may complain and gripe about it, but he'll still do it with maximum efficiency. If he doesn't succeed in a hit, he'll try and try again until he has success.
Salesmanship
If Lethal is nice to somebody, he probably wants something from them. He has various drugs- most of which illegal- that he sells to help people out with any sort of problems he has. He never gives out free samples though and demands payment all the time for it. He also sells his talents of making pain go away as well as his medical talents. He tacks a price tag on those as well. He's quite manipulative in the way he gets people to buy his merchandise- though he does have a very good track record for how much he sells.
Sociopath
Lethal has many odd ticks about him. As a general rule, he hates people. He is easily annoyed by people, mostly because he considers them stupid or obnoxious and not worth his time. He also doesn't like crowds because they give him as close to a headache as he can get due to his abnormal sight. He has been known to kill a guy just because he didn't like him before, but he's been more conservative about that now.
Love of Killing
Perhaps what Lethal is known most for is his love of killing and murdering people. He often describes it as the only high he can ever get and says that it's the only drug that works on him. Lethal considers it an addiction and gets very excited to kill someone. If he gets in a sadistic mood, Lethal will usually let his target beg or squirm for his or her life, often getting some sense of enjoyment from it.
Powers
Lethal has been through many scientific operations over the course of his existence. The results of this has given him near perfect accuracy, the power to make lethal use of any sort of weapon, and a healing power that allows him to numb and soothe the pain of others.
Lethal Accuracy
Due to many procedures to make him the perfect assassin, Lethal has been given the power to have neigh perfect accuracy. When he focuses, time seems to slow down for, he instantly understands where his opponent is going, and he has a perfect view, able to see his target as though it was directly in front of him.
Projectile Prowess
More procedures has given Lethal the ability to use any projectile to it's maximum potential. His muscles have been amplified to give his fine motor skills a boost if he just focuses on it, allowing him to toss any sort of object at a swift enough speed that it can be deadly.
Pain Domination
As a result of his previous alterations to make him the perfect killer, Lethal was in constant pain and couldn't do much of anything as a result. The scientists who all worked on him decided they would try to manipulate his pain sensors and simply ensure he couldn't feel the pain he was in. Instead, after many failed attempts, they had not only made him completely numb to pain, but have the power to manipulate the pain in anyone else.
Healing
Lethal can heal other people using his pain manipulation. He'll not only make sure they can't feel the pain, but he'll accelerate their body's healing. How fast they heal depends on the severity of the wound or injury. The worse the wound, the less effective his powers are on people. They will always improve the recovery of their body though.
Death-Proof
While he can't feel pain, his body also has a super recovery within him. His body can bring him back from any near death to the point that some have said he's survived death himself many times. He calls himself death-proof but he knows the ways he can die, though nobody else has tried them yet to his luck.
Medical Aptitude
With his innate abilities of healing, those who worked on him immediately shoved him into a doctor's position, giving up on his assassin powers in order to give him a role they found more effective. Despite Lethal's hatred of this, he went about to do their bidding and began to study doctor procedures and other similar things to the point that he could call himself a damn good doctor.
Weaknesses
Lethal has often laughed at the notion when people ask to fight him; citing to them that he isn't a brawler. He's a killer. Often times if he gets caught within melee range, there isn't much he can do. He can't focus as well when he's trying not to get his head punched off. He needs distance to excel, and he can usually be swift enough to get away, but for those times he can't it usually ends in defeat.
He also has his own sort of hippocratic oath. He knows he can take any sort of punishment- but when working with others he'll often put his own well-being on the line for them. Lethal complains about this a lot, but he feels it's necessary to do more than stick back picking off people with his weapon of choice. The stupid people need his help, and help them he shall. Thus is his mantra.
Character History
Early Life
Lethal doesn't reveal much about his past. He considers it not worth mentioning as it has very little to do with himself now. The most he's ever said about it is that he's been to at least junior high school and seemed to live a somewhat regular life until then. He has also mentioned that he was the star of all the peewee sports leagues for his marksmanship, but this could be taken as a cynical remark that he often makes.
The first real concrete information about Lethal is that he became an assassin at a somewhat young age. He claims it was in his late teenage years and often proclaimed that he was the best around. How he came to be an assassin is something that Lethal has never gotten into. He has, however, stated that it was better pay and that he would be wasting his time doing anything else because he had a knack for being a hired gun.

Acquaintances
Lethal doesn't make many mutual friends for the obvious reason that he's kind of a scum bag. But he does make plenty of acquaintances.
- Hyperdrive - Good ol' Pippy. He considers Piper, or Hyperdrive, a friend even though it's obvious she's trying to hide her contempt and disgust for him. Regardless, they've shared "enjoyable" conversations together and Lethal considers Piper alright by him.
- Voltaic Scorpion - Him and Volt go way back to the days where they worked together in their organization. Lethal had always hated him and Volt would go out of his way to mock him in jest sometimes. Eventually, Lethal had paid him back in a big way and Volt hated him for a while and used him for his own gain and Lethal complied, knowing Volt was one of the few people who could kill him. Now their relationship is complicated. Volt shows a hatred for him, and Lethal will mock him at every turn. Beyond that, it's hard to determine just where Lethal's feelings lie.
The Hit List
Of course, there are plenty of people who Lethal would love to kill for a variety of reasons.
- Graffiti Ninja - Him and Lethal used to be "buds", but then Graff decided he'd become a hero and tried to tell Lethal what his business is. To this, Lethal was simply amused and called him a wannabe hero.
- Strike Hawk - This nappy haired kid, as Lethal refers to him as, was a pain in Lethal's ass. He and his friends have had Lethal's number a couple times, and just when he thought he had killed him before, the kid comes right back! Lethal is saving a bullet for him.
Lethal's Playlist
Composing a playlist for Lethal wasn't too hard. The song that most fits him is Vendetta by Slipknot, mostly due to it fitting his personality perfectly. Cynical, taking joy from the smaller- more twisted things in life, and treating it all like abig party so he can stay "sane." He's also a man who likes death to the point he laughs about it. His manner of murder is usually via sniping, thus Vicarious by Tool was his main song for these reasons. The rest fit in simply because he will hunt down and kill his target, and it's often a sudden death for them. Shackler's Revenge by Guns N' Roses deals more with his time with the organization that gave him his powers and how he longed to get out.
