((In the vein of Hit People Guy, Kick People Gal and Zap People Lad, I was planning on making a character called "Heal People Lass". I started working on her costume, wound up with the white/green blend, and came up with the phrase "minty fresh" to describe it. Thus, the idea for this character.))

Remains cheerful and polite at all times while on the job. Is actually quite level-headed and business-minded.
Powers
Jessica's powers were bestowed on her by Crey scientists as part of the terms of her contract.
Super-Healing
By simply pointing at a person and concentrating, Minty Fresh Lass can heal injuries and remove fatigue, leaving fellow heroes feeling minty fresh and ready for action!
Super-Breath
Her breath is minty fresh and packs up to 150 dB! The powerful waves of sound knock out criminals and destroy monsters without harming civilians or private property!
Despite what she was told, the procedures that Jessica was subjected to were highly unsafe. With her chance of survival estimated at less than 10%, it's a small miracle she's still alive.
Abilities
As any decent model, Jessica can stand around for several hours without showing any signs of discomfort.
Weaknesses and Limitations
Not being a Paragon native, she has trouble accepting some of the more outlandish aspects of life in the City of Heroes. This can make her appear naive about subjects such as the true nature of her employers. In plain words, she is cripplingly sane.
Equipment
Holo-Reflective Field Generator
This small device generates a field that subtly alters the light around Minty, making her appear a lot more attractive both to the human eye and cameras. A side-effect of the field makes it very hard to pinpoint her position with precision, protecting her from most attacks.
Mini-Teleporter
This device can tap into the Medicom system to teleport other heroes across short distances.
Character History
When it became clear that her parents couldn't afford to send her to college, Jessica decided to apply to a modeling agency. Her natural good looks, combined with a strict diet and exercise regimen, made her a very good candidate. Her shrewd and practical approach let her avoid the early pitfalls and build quite a decent career.
At 24, she knew she was quickly approaching the age when she wouldn't be able to get by on just modeling, and thus started looking around for a more long-term job prospect. Crey Industries offered her a job as a registered hero in Paragon City. They would provide her with metahuman powers, and in return she would use her new identity to promote their new product, Crey Technomint chewing gum.
