Personality
Over anxious, over stimulated, overbearing and slightly obnoxious, Penny is a girl who loves to talk and explore. She never seems to sit still and has a hard time paying attention to those around her. She is also a very sad girl because her parents are never around, her magic isn't like the other storm witches she is surrounded by, and her familiar has never showed. She isn't a happy little girl.
Powers
Overview
Penny's Powers stem from her love of music, particularly Punk Rock. When she "mentally" turns up the bass, she can hold people and crush them with a driving beat, if he turns up the treble, she can shake someone up and turn them to jelly. This music is constantly playing causing Penny even more difficulty dealing with her ADHD problems. Recently she was given a small charm of a cat by an elf which, When she says, "Cobble-bobble," grants her limited wish like abilities. These wishes only effect her in role-play, therefor many don't think that the charm has any powers at all, and that Penny is just making things up to get attention.Gravity
Unlike her classmates, Penny's main source of magic comes from the music playing in her head. When Penny pumps up the bass in her head, she can pound the world around her in a driving beat, crushing them in wave after wave of subharmonic vibes, or even crushing the reality around her to "Bring-forth Junk," to throw at her enemies.
Sonic
When Penny turns up the treble, she can focus jarring and rattling feedback that will shake her target into jelly. This power also tends to hurt Penny, so she doesn't draw on this set of powers often.
Dance Dance
Penny has always danced, even when she was a baby and it was kids songs that filled her head. Because of this, her magic has built up a refreshing field around her which enables her to be constantly moving without showing fatigue. This field also acts as a stimulant, making her move slightly faster then most normal people.
Teleport
When Penny focuses her bass and her treble, in varying degrees, she can shake the stuff of reality to the point where she can bring people to her while traveling over short distances. Unfortunately, this power isn't as exacting as it should be, so those she teleports, might appear in awkward locations, like say, a few feet of the ground, or in the middle of a fountain.
A Few Words About Penny
She became a little nervous when her love of Punk Rock went beyond head banging and collecting vintage vinyl. At some point, she's not sure when, she no longer needed the records to hear the music!
Then weird stuff started to happen. When she mentally turns up the bass she can pound the world with it's beat. When she turns up the treble the music comes pouring out of her in amped feed back glory! Then everything gets, "jittery sweat!"
Her witchy grandma in Strigea Island, Mrs. Stephanie Peebles, thinks she's possessed... but by what she doesn't know. She visits her Grandma all the time, "...something, something, just like Red Riding Hood... something, something, only I like to play with the wolves."
Her mother and father live in a brick townhouse in Croatoa, where they work with the mayor trying to help free the town from the Redcaps. Her mother’s coven is teaching Penny how to control her “Possession.” They disagree with Stephanie Peebles; they think the power is an obsession with Punk Rock and Goth, not a possession by a spirit.
Her mother’s coven is worried about Penny, as her powers aren’t developing into the more common Storm Witch Craft that they practice. A rebel at heart, Penny could, “Give a Fig!” what they expect of her. She’ll keep her music close and learn whatever she damn well pleases.
She is currently attending Salamanca Preparatory School for Young Witches, where she is majoring in Potions and minoring in Charms. Otherwise, it's the street beats of Paragon City for her, where the city noise helps cut the clamor in here head.
Her powers or Possession or Obsession, depending on whom you talk to, are beginning to make her go a little crazy. You'd go crazy too if you had a radio playing at volume 11 in your head every second of every day! "...something, something...but it's cool, I'm mean, it could be Country Western, right?"
"...something, something... the tunes play for me, not flip side... something, something... What? I can't hear you with all this noise! What noise? Are you deaf? Oh right, the music's in my skull, not yours... something, something... Yeah? Get bent! I like this part... something, something... Hey! Ho! Let’s go!"

Observations of the World
Croatoa is where I live with my Mom and Dad, but they don't want me calling it Croatoa, they want me to call it Salamanca, because naming something gives it power, and they are fighting to free it from darkness, but I'll call it Croatoa anyway, because that's what it is to me, you' know, I barley remember it any other way.
Paragon City is really cool with tall buildings and people, so many people, Steel Canyon Really Rocks with the Skyscrapers and stuff its really cool with lots of heroes around doing stuff, fighting gangs, and evil doers and stuff.
My Place in it
My Mom and Dad are always off on some adventure or another, fighting the Redcaps, trying to free the place, so I got a lot of time on my hands, and they say stay out of trouble, so I get myself in trouble, who are they to tell me not to get into trouble, I live in Crotoa, trouble's everywhere, so I just turn up my music and next thing I know I'm running around, dancing, and beating up gangs and stuff, not my fault my Mom and Dad wont let me help fight the Redcaps, they say its to dangerous, even tho I have to, like, beat up ten of them just to go to the store and back, what do they know?
I attend the Salamanca Preparatory school for Young Witches, where they are teaching me all about magic and prepping me for life in a Coven where they say, someday, I might help free Salamanca, but I don't think thats going to happen anytime soon, but I'll still go to school and lean about potions and stuff, like Harry Potter, what a funny set of books, I wish school were like that but its not its far more boring.
I've been hanging out with a bunch of kids in town named The Artful Dodgers, because I meet a kid named Juvie a while ago and he showed me around the city, so, now, whenever I'm in town, I look for him, and he catches me up on what's going' on. He's a nice kid.
The rest of the Dodgers are like a grab bag of wacko's, I like that, I've been having fun running with them like The Big n' Tuff guy, he and I have been running around, beating up gangs, while this other kid, all punked out and cool, he and I ran for a while.
There is a lot of others, most of them are old than me like this one kid with slick blond hair, and an older girl, think she's like 20, and man, there are just so many of them, maybe I'll write about them later.
The Trains here to take me to Paragon.
