From Unofficial Handbook of the Virtue Universe
Questing Eagle, teen hero, was originally intended to be for RP only. (Hah! If I only knew back then...well, she would have been taller.) She was a sweet, outgoing teenager determined to discover what happened to her mother, the hero Lightning Eagle, who disappeared during the Rikti invasion. After joining the Legion of Young Heroes, Caytlin Eagle rapidly matured into a hero widely known for being compassionate and supportive. (And maybe just a little for loving to fight the 5th Column.) In the almost three years she's been a hero, her personality has evolved even more.
Chrome Fist - Caytlin's friend, confidant, roommate, and true love. They met while both students at the Legion of Young Heroes, where another student convinced the two of them to try a date. Though shy at first, the two are inseperable now--going so far as to have shocked their friends by getting engaged while Caytlin was only fifteen.
Shinsektor - Caytlin's defiance of Shinsektor's malevolent personality was her first act that started the transition from teen to hero. Her unwavering support, plus an uncanny resemblance to Shin's missing daughter, forged a very close and sometimes almost familial relationship between the two.
Dr. Mary Frost - Once, Frost numbered among the few people that Caytlin truly hated. After Frost went to the Isles, though, her personality began to change. Caytlin began to enjoy the challenge of verbal sparring with Frost...and slowly, Frost's company. Just where the two stand now is something neither one knows.
Fiery Hawk - At one time, Cayt was an alternate personality created by Crey to control Quest. Frost salvaged that personality after the efforts of heroes restored Caytlin's psyche and gave her her own body. Though Cayt and Caytlin originally fought every time they met, the two have come to a tenuous truce.
Eaglet, Polaron, Ireland Love, Fara Carae, Suzuki Katana, Comrade Smersh
Outgoing and friendly, and a sympathetic listener. She's very perceptive, but confident and stubborn, and has a tendancy to leap before she looks. She's a fiercely loyal friend, and many of them respond in kind.
Broadsword - Her first blade was bought for her by her uncle. He intentionally got one too heavy for the girl to try to discourage her from heroing, but through sheer stubbornness Caytliln learned to use it anyway. Her movements are simple, since she's never had any training, but she still has the strength and finesse to pull her blows.
Super Reflexes - Caytlin is light and nimble and has uncanny perception...and is FAST. She also has a healthy dose of luck. What appears to be a superpower actually isn't. She's just good.
Lightning Eagle was a weather manipulator, and Caytlin inherited enough of her power to be able to fly. She can also grant flight to teammates, though it takes more effort.
Caytlin also inherited her mother's minor healing powers. Her self-healing, however, is more correctly attributed to her nanites.
Caytlin's first set of nanites were introduced by Chrome Fist in an attempt to destroy the gauntlets Frost had made for her while she was under Crey's control. That wasn't what they were designed to do, however, and they eventually incorporated the gauntlets directly into the teen's hands. A second, stronger dose was given over a year later, in an attempt to protect her from the random poisonings affecting city heroes. Caytlin now has a full-fledged nanite colony (though not nearly as dramatic as Mike's, since he's built to house one), and enjoys the same lengthened lifespan and regeneration he does.
Though it can only be portrayed in-game with Throwing Knives, Caytlin has been training with a Warrior mentor for almost two years. She can fight equally well right- and left-handed, and is working on using sword and dagger together.
Weaknesses and Limitations
Caytlin is extremely protective of her friends and family, and will make any effort to aid them. She's also impulsive and has the normal teen mentality that she's indestructable.
Also, while she has a handful of metahuman powers, none of them are truly superhuman. The nanites have their limits, and she doesn't realize this. She might be immune to mild poisons or diseases, but any concentrated effort to kill her probably will...assuming one of her many (highly protective) friends doesn't step in.
