Appearance

A somewhat jarring sight to behold, although little of her face is ever seen as she keeps it beneath a gas mask, only removing it when needing to utilize scuba gear or eat. In the case of the later, it's only ever moved up just enough for her to shove handfuls of food into her mouth.

• Chemical Emission Reagan is capable of emitting gaseous toxic chemicals from every inch of her body, she is also able to adjust the lethality and dosage of being emitted from her body up to a certain point.

• Toxin Immunity Due to the nature of her powers, and thankfully for her poor health, she possesses immunity to toxins, save for the ones she emits.

• Super-Human Speed

• Chemistry - Reagan is a knowledgeable Bio-chemist, having created her own solutions for cleaning crime scenes and disposing of creatures with anatomy differing from that of humans.

Weaknesses

• Accelerated Metabolism The super-human speed comes with a cost, her metabolism is also accelerated, and as such requires a much higher nutritional intake then a normal woman of her height and age.
• Dying - Due to the nature of her powers, and her lack of immunity to them, her powers are slowly killing her.

• Mortality - Despite her powers, she is still only a mortal, a particularly frail mortal. As such, she is vulnerable to the usual things a human would be, with the exception of toxins.

• Poor Health - Due to the accident which gave her powers, Reagan is particularly frail.
