Personality
Stacey is a natural-born flirt and loves to be the center of attention. She is also fiercely loyal to her family and friends and has been known to get into some rather heated arguments with the Paparazzi.
Powers
Stacey has the ability to project images into others' minds as well as psychically trigger and speed up a person's natural healing process. As she always says, "It's just mind over matter." While she cannot actually read minds, she is able to see the images that people picture in their minds.

Stacey has the ability to fly and keeps herself in top physical condition.
Personal History
Stacey and her twin sister Jenny were born into the the Ashton Aeronautics dynasty on May 23, 1974. Unfortunately their mother did not survive their birth and their father is unknown. They were raised by their grandmother, Sophia Ashton. Stacey showed an early talent for acting and performed in school plays and talent shows. Like all the women in her family, Stacey came into her powers on her 16th birthday at the precise time she was born. At 18, Stacey moved to Hollywood to pursue her dream of becoming a professional actress. Her most notable roles were in the series of "Creature Comforts" horror movies, which while cheaply made, have become cult classics thanks to Stacey's performance. Romantically, she has been linked to several celebrities and heroes in the tabloids, but she has only ever had one true love. Unfortunately, when she got scared the relationship was getting too serious, she went to England to film a movie without telling him where she was going or how long she would be gone, and did not contact him while she was away. They have not spoken since, and Stacey regrets her actions, but doesn't see how she can make amends now that so much time has passed. She has resigned herself to being a spinster aunt to her two nieces. Besides, she's having too much fun anyway.
Heroic History
After the Rikti invasion, Stacey returned to Paragon City and registered under the hero name Showstopper. She takes both her work and play very seriously.

Creature Comforts has had eight installments so far. Stacey has been spotted in the Rouge Isles dressed as her character in the movies, Necra Phillips, and rumors are that they are filming number nine there.
Stacey can be a bit of a prankster with her powers and her friends are known to get sudden, strange images in their heads out of the blue. They can always tell it's from her though, as she can never seem to stop herself from giggling madly at the look on their face when they get such an image.
Stacey loves to bake, especially when she's upset about something. When her friends get plates of cookies from her, they know she's worried about something.
