Looking Fors
Primarily what I need are as follows:
Friends: Any kind of friends will do, he is a rather quiet person so keep that in mind, also due to his nature of being a Vyr'omnai he is also very shy. Bring him out of his shell and have some fun with him!
Enemies: Tal'yn has a long standing hate of the occult and demonic arts, a villain that could fill these roles would be nice. Heroes with a sense of justice in eliminating shadow-users would also be a big plus seeing as Tal is a rogue. While taboo, rapists or women abusers would be a very nice kind of enemy for him, I will not force anyone into these roles mind you, it is up to you
Seeress: I would like someone to occupy the role of the seeress that is detailed in a later part of his story, generally speaking they need to be a woman with a past of sexual abuse or rape, a tough role to fill I know but it is an important one. Tal'yn will need a reason to continue doing what he does, and the motivation of a "Adopted Daughter" role would fit this absolutely perfectly. Keep in mind that her tragic past is something that gives Tal his "Rogue" disposition is necessary, so if you are uncomfortable with the idea of being a mock rape victim/ Abused woman or child then please sign up as a friend!
Will Not Do's
There are a rather small range of things I will not do, but do not cross these lines otherwise I will block you.
Be Killed Off without Permission: I will respect your characters in that while he may "Try" to kill them, he will never fully do so. I will not do that to you, so please do not do that to me, it will be retconned out and then you will be blocked... sorry.
Indulge in "Sleeping Around": While yes, if ERPing is your thing and you get Tal'yn interested in your character then maybe I will join you but, please realize that Tal will need a relationship beforehand. One night stands are unacceptable to him and will be treated as annoyances and enemies from then on... not a blockable offense but definitely will earn my ire.
God mod: Tal is very strong, but he has his weaknesses... I will not accept interaction with the "Unkillable" Characters, it is boring and everything that may spice up a RP would be long dead due to its unkillable nature.... sorry but this is definitely a blockable offense.
Make "Assumptions": I will read your profiles but I will at all times require a introduction. It is kind of simple but this is important to me, someone coming up to me out of the blue and knowing everything about me would be quite..... scary, so please keep this in mind... like with the second issue this is not blockable... but it annoys me.
In game relationship=out of game relationship: Sorry but no, I am engaged and not interested in cheating on the most wonderful woman in my life, Tal is looking for someone... I am not, this is blockable extremely so. Relationships between toons should be between good friends not lovers needing to be lovers out of game... so as I say Rule #2... In game, is not real life...
Switch Sexualities: Tal is an extension of who I am. So seeing as I am straight, and have no intention on goign bi or gay... I think Tal is the same, do not mistake this as an ignorant rant on how gays are wrong... on the contrary, I support homosexuality 110%... It is just not for me, so respect my choice and I will respect yours! Blockable... Yes
Will Do's
There are really too many things to list here, but keep in mind if it does not go under my do nots, try it... I may go for it. However here are some examples of things that would be interesting.
Make Friends: Part of putting characters out there is the chance to make friends and allies, even going beyond the toon and becoming friends out of game! If you're Tals friend, then you are mine in turn!
Rp Romances: Tal is not me, so he is always looking for that special lady to involve herself in his life, however look above to the do nots and understand my rules about this... Tal is not me, he is very much Like me, but not.
In chat, or Arena fighting: Give it yer best shot! Even if you lose then add that to your Rp, do not just cancel it out!!! Remember not to kill him off and then perhaps we will have a real nemesis/nemesis kind of thing going! To be noted even nemesis are considered my friends, I will spend time talking to them and whatnot... so might as well call ya'll my buddies!
