Terra Shaper was rolled up after I saw an Earth/Storm/Ice Controller PVP a Spines/WP Scrapper... And wreck him. I immediately fell in love with the set, and rolled a new controller with @Netherkitten/@DarkAngelZ who made a Fire/Rad with me. Terra's slowly turning into one of my chars I put a lot of thought into and I really dig him.

History
Childhood
Terra was born Jake Wellsin to a pair of Mutant Heroes named Jason and Maria Wellsin. While his siblings had only gotten one mutant gene passed to them, Logan received both blessings from his Father, a manipulator of Earth and his Mother, a manipulator of Storm.
The Accident
Sharkhead Island is infamous for it's mining. By the time he was 11, Jake's entire family was mining. It was a cold, autumn morning. The Wellsins had spent most of it deep inside a mine off the coast of Sharkhead, collecting coal. After his sister had been teasing him by throwing tiny pebbles at him all day, he finally lost his cool and became very angry. In a very unfortunate coincidence, the moment he became upset was also the exact time that his mutation kicked in. He yelled loudly, and the entire mine began to shake. Stalagmites began to rise everywhere and the cave began to fall apart. Jake and David made it out, however the rest of his family was lost. After a long, tiring fight with his brother, Jake ran away.
Marbles
Jake began to travel all across the Rogue Islands. He hopped from island to island, his brother always just a day behind. Eventually, Jake decided to leave the islands. He hopped on the first ferry to the United States. His first stop would be North Carolina. His Ferry docked at Cape Hatteras. Jake spent many days and nights camping out on the beaches of North Carolina, practicing his uncontrollable powers where it was safe. After a few days, he made a breakthrough. He had summoned a rock that could move on it's own, think on it's own and even speak to Terra. Well. Sort of. Jake had a special link with the 'rock' and could 'hear the rock think' as he explained it. Jacob and the Animated Rock soon began to bond, and Jake gave him the name 'Marbles.' Marbles has watched out for Jake ever since, though they have had their arguments and Marbles has been known to take off for days at a time, eventually returning to apologize.
Paragon
After traveling most of the U.S.A., Jake finally made it to Paragon City, Rhode Island. He settled in a home at Founder's Falls for a bit and eventually decided to take up a Hero License. Jake, who had been changing his name wherever he traveled, gave the registrar 'Terra Shaper' as his name. After a quick joke about a girl's name, the registrar handed over his license and Terra got to work.
Three-Mile Burn
After a few days in Paragon, 'Terra' decided to take a visit to the infamous, inter dimensional club 'Pocket D', to see who he could rouse into giving him some practice duels. There he met a stunning young woman named 'Monica', who he asked to witness his 'amazing victory.' She agreed and Terra picked a fight with the first person he found, losing horribly. Despite his beating, Monica cheered him on anyways and the two became good friends. A very short time later, Terra explained to Monica who he was and what he did, in a fear that he would have to eventually leave her behind. She returned her story and the two bonded quickly, promising to watch out for each other. She convinced Terra to stay, train his powers and fight his brother. And if he had to leave, Monica agreed to go with him.
The Neverenders
After fighting the captain of a well known Airship called 'The Neverender', Terra began speaking to Captain Skye Rose, a master of Storms. Intrigued, Terra learned that the Neverender was a school on an airship that taught those who needed it. He saw this as an opportunity to get control over his powers and with Monica, joined the school.
Breaker and Thyra
One night in the D, Terra stumbled upon two of his fellow Neverenders in a fight with an infamous Arch Villain known as 'Breaker' and his henchman, Thyra. Breaker was making an attempt to kidnap a young woman known as Galaxy Shot and Terra saw this as his moment to shine. Pushing Lucy Xiao out of the way, Terra fought Breaker and Thyra, assisting Navitas. Needless to say, the two villains completely wrecked Terra, Nav coming out unharmed. Using his arm to block Thyra's kick, Thyra shattered the bone, and Terra broke his arm. After a long, painful night in the Neverender medbay, Terra vowed to get revenge on Thyra and eventually Breaker.
Powers
Earth Control
Terra inherited the power of Earth Control from his father. He is able to bend the earth, or 'Gaia' as he respectfully refers to 'her', to his will. His ability to do this allows him to encase his foes in pure rock, knock them senseless by creating stalagmites, make them fall between faults in the ground, sink them within deadly quicksand, and even create mountains and volcanoes at will. However, Terra has never quite had the best grasp on his powers and is well known in some cities as being more of a hazard than a hero.
Storm Summoning
From his beautiful mother comes his ability to call forth the wrath of nature itself. With a wave of his hand or a snap of his fingers, Terra can bring forth only the most powerful tempests. Using every little bit to his advantage, from a mere gust of wind to a raging, destructive tornado, Terra compliments his control over earth by controlling nature right beside it. Like his earth powers, Terra can't control his storms very well, so he uses them sparingly (*cough*) in fear that he may just summon something powerful enough to wipe out a piece of Paragon City...

David Wellsin
Terra's brother who made it out of the accident. He's not very pleased with Terra at all, and seems to think Terra hurt thier family on purpose. He's currently hunting Terra down wherever he goes in search of revenge.
Thyra
She broke his arm in a fight, and now he wants revenge.
Breaker
Thyra's leader, Terra fought him with Nav and lost horribly.
Friends
Three-Mile Burn
One of the very few people Terra will open up for, Monica met Terra when he asked her to witness one of his fights. Of course, he lost, but Monica cheered him on anyways... For the next twenty or so fights Terra got himself into, he would lose, but Monica would be at his side, cheering him up anyways. Monica is an irradiated girl with power over heat and waves of deadly radiation. Together, she and Terra make a fearsome team not to be taken lightly. Terra sees Monica as his current best friend and would probably do just about anything for her. Not to mention he thinks she's completely hot. Terra and Monica are nearly inseparable, and are usually not seen without the other. Terra would do anything to protect her and would bend over backwards to please her. Her happiness is his number one priority.
Cloudgazer
Captain Skye Rose agreed to help Terra learned to control his powers, and Terra respects his ability to control storms tremendously.
Mr. Yasuda
Though he respects Masume Yasuda, Terra believes in his own way of 'training' and growing stronger, and has determined to prove himself to Masume, regardless.
Lucy Xiao
Lucy likes Terra. She just thinks he's trying too hard to prove himself.
Starswarm
A young man with the Teen Templars. He came into the medbay one night to ask some questions about Graffiti Samurai, wanting to prove his worth to the other Templars. This reminded Terra a lot of himself and Terra took a liking to the boy.
Smoking Mirrors
Max has earned Terra's respect as a competent healer and his unofficial fight promoter.
Iceangel

Ein Yoshida
Ein is the Neverender's medic and the one who gave Terra a cast after he broke his arm, but not before sending him through a night of hell.
Relean
Ein's assistant, she set Terra's arm. And Terra hated it. Though he is grateful.
Weaknesses
In terms of physical weaknesses, Terra's should be obvious... He has control over the Earth. If there's no dirt nearby, Terra becomes completely vulnerable. He find flying opponents very irritating, but usually gets them trapped in his powers regardless. Another weakness of Terra comes to those who manipulate. Terra's -very- easily manipulated, and with the right wording, he'd do almost anything to prove his worth. He's also very easily roused into a fight.
Personality
T comes off as an arrogant jerk, who enjoys to do nothing but fight all day, every day. Those close to him know differently. Behind the mask of arrogance lies a very wary and unsure young man. Terra can be very kind, once you get past his arrogance, but also extremely spontaneous, able to go from cuddling to fighting in the blink of an eye.
