Cryogenic battle suit
Centigrade 0 wears a battlesuit containing micro circuited cryogenic units (micro-cryostats) that enabled him to project an intense cold through the ducts that encircled his gloves.
Centigrade 0's battlesuit is fully insulated so that he is immune to the effects of his weaponry.
Lower Temperature
Centigrade 0's insulated suit simulates cold weather effects by manipulating small cryogenic units and water stored in tubes in the suit. The suit is then able to manipulate ambient moisture for larger and ranged effects.
With the freezing units at full capacity, Centigrade 0 can lower the temperature of a twenty by twenty foot room 68 degrees Fahrenheit to 32 degrees Fahrenheit in thirty seconds.
Cryokinesis
Centigrade 0 can use his suit's ability to control moisture such as to freeze air moisture into super-hard ice. This ice can be formed into any object of his choosing: limitations being the ambient air temperature which determines how long his ice sculpture will stay icy.
He does not have to hold the ice physically with his hands in order to shape it. Apparently he can simply direct the waves of coldness he projects in certain ways so as to create ice in the shape he desires.
Also integrated into the lining of his sleeves is a system of flexible tubing that carries water to miniature electric turbines in his gloves. By emitting the water as a mist and freezing it with his micro-cryostat units, he can create snow flurries. By emitting it as a spray, he can create sleet. By emitting it as a stream, he can create icicles. By concentrating both gloves' power on a single stream of water, he can create a super-dense ice-darts, capable of being flung with enough force to dent half-inch thick steel. The water and cold ducts are capable of shooting a steam of snow with a maximum range of fifteen feet.
Centigrade 0 has created constructs of ice so powerful that he was able to easily encase and contain other beings who have been unable to break out of it. On at least one occasion, he has even been shown to make it snow or cause a blizzard.
Abilities
Jack possess the normal skills found in your average High School student. His time with the Centigrade power suit has increased his aim and coordination.
Weaknesses and Limitations
His major weakness is against heat based attacks. Fire and Ice just don't mix.
