This category is for pages which have been created but not added to any categories, whose content is such that it's unclear whether the article is supposed to be a character, player, supergroup, or so forth. These are mostly blank pages, but as they possibly should not be deleted, they are being listed here in hopes of bringing attention to them and prompting their authors to clean things up.

While it's true that most of these are probably character pages that never came to be, it's probably wiser not to make assumptions.
