Filler Episode #1
Not every mission is expected to be carried out in the here and now.
General Simi'Kraz received an odd order, from her lord, that would require her to visit old stomping grounds, these grounds however, were not a where, but a when.
During World War II, the ashen were very much present, in an official capacity for Hitler’s Third Reich. Because of Hitler’s obsession with total victory the Nazi’s became very familiar with the supernatural, often times using items of power to turn the tides in battles and the political scenes. Miss Kraz was a military adviser for the axis during most of the first half of WWII.
One such item was the Vorenium Eye. A mystical item that allowed its user to see the outcome of a decision before it was made. The Eye was recovered in the late 30’s and kept in a secret location known only the highest ranking SS.
It was lost at some point during the early forties and many speculated it was stolen by someone in Hitler’s regime; it was no coincidence that Germany soon fell to the allied forces after it had been taken.
Simi never knew who stole it, nor did she care, she served her time as ordered to by her lord. However, over sixty years later she finally realized who the culprit was.
Labal’s order was simple she was to return to 1944 with Guil and take the Vorenium Eye. Miss Kraz simply nodded once and informed Guil of their mission. She then told Guil that the method they would use, would be to act as though Simi was indeed the right person from that time, Guil would be just another ashen aiding her during time there.
They used Ouroboros and once again Simi was back in Nazi Germany. Even though the Nazi’s had been using her and the ashen’s help for nearly five years at this point, Simi herself had no idea where the Vorenium Eye was held.
Simi searched their records for days, but found adjusting to the older technology frustrating, the best they could find was that, something called the sphere was in a bunker in Berlin, taking this as their only lead, Simi and Guil managed to enter it without incident. Once there however, nothing could be found, then Guil had a stroke of genius.
While madly juggling hand grenades she let a pin accidently slip from one of them, by happenstance it bounced into a corner and blew open a false wall that led to a staircase. This also set off alarms, and sent troops in to investigate, Simi and Guil fought them off and managed to make their way to find none-other than the Vorenium Eye.
With that Simi and Guil Booshed back to modern times and presented Lord Labal with his Prize. If Simi had any emotion she might have thought being the very thief that eluded her decades ago, amusing.
Filler Episode #2
1255 AD
In every generation there is always an artifact that is of extreme power. Magi from all walks of life dream of creating the ultimate example of their art. These artifacts could either save the world, or destroy it. What follows is a story of a magical item, so highly coveted by Labal, that he would send his best after it, 500 years in the past. What his team didn’t realize was that this particular item held no power whatsoever.
In an age of darkness and sorcery Labal and his ashen would walk the earth with impudence. None dared to challenge their power. Labal in his arrogance demanded that he look as revered as he felt. He ordered that the greatest tailors in all the land, create for him a cape, it would be constructed of silk, and gold, sewed by 1,000 virgins atop the sacred mountains of the Himalayas. Once finished it was presented to him, a cape unlike the world had ever known!
However, not all would want to see such an amazing garment draped around the arrogant demon. The evil Wizard Scrootle was one such individual and he hatched a diabolical scheme to steal it. Everything was carefully orchestrated do the finest detail. The day before his scheme was to unfold, he noticed Labal had left the cape on a desk… so he snatched it and ran.
Labal was furious and searched far and wide for his cape but none had seen Scrootle or at the very least would not divulge his whereabouts. Years turned into centuries and the cape was all but forgotten, until Labal found an ancient scroll that spoke of a wondrous cape last seen.
The parchment was old but said that the Duke Henry had once employed a dark wizard Scrootle Labal would use his knowledge of time travel to go to that era, and by go of course he meant sending other.
His General Simi’Kraz, the captain of his Jesters Guil, and outside help from Thomas. The three headed to their destination and fought through Scrootle’s men who had come to revere the cape and whoever should wear it as a God!
Finally they encountered the dark wizard, and an intense battle commenced. Scrootle while fancy, was no slouch. In the end however the trio were victorious and managed to claim the cape without damaging it.
Now Labal will be the fanciest in the land. Simi, Thomas and Guil received a personal thumbs up!
