Tom
On th' Ou'side
Thomas stands about six feet, three inches tall, and looks to weigh about a hundred and ninety pounds. Tom's facial appearance is rather handsome, with well defined features, and a decent tan from time in the Paragon City sun, along with a neatly trimmed beard and moderately short hair. His face has lines around his mouth, consequence of many a grin. The grin itself is a common occurence, showing white, straight teeth. Looking upward, his eyes are a strikingly bright green, like an emerald. When looked into, they show more expression than anything else. Looking down, he has a well built body, with toned muscles that are the result of an active gym membership.

A Shor' Backgroun'
Thomas Michael Sherwood was born on March 18th, 1987 in Illinois, three minutes earlier than his twin sister, Jennifer. He lived in a nice house, with loving parents. In school, he got good grades, and was popular enough. He participated in the archery club, after his father first introduced him to archery at age seven. His life was perfect, except for one thing.
He had powers.
Tom had powers allowing him to heal people and animals, along with empathic powers. Afraid of loss of what he had, he kept his powers to himself, telling no one. The only time he would ever use his powers would be on injured animals he stumbled across in the small forest behind his family's property. Eventually, however, his body began to change with puberty. His powers became stronger, and his skill increased. He discovered he had the ability to fly, as well as teleport objects. Once Tom had graduated high school, he learned about a place in Rhode Island named Paragon City. He dreamed of the town, where superpowered beings, human and inhuman, were widely abundant, and even moreso accepted. As soon as Tom could, he left his hometown to head for Paragon City.
Paragon
Adopting the name of Guard Archer, Tom teamed with various heroes from Atlas Park to Founders' Falls, using his archery skills and healing powers to aid countless citizens and healing even more wounds. He established a reputation for his good work ethic and his aiding many superheroes in their great victories. Tom himself, however, was never one to want everyone's attention, content with a mere note in passing from others. Currently, his combat medic life has been put on the backburner, with Tom mostly teaming up with close friends on occasion.
Pocket D
Pocket D is mostly where Tom can be found nowadays. He spends most of his time with friends, talking, messing around and having a good time.
Th' Powers
Empathy
Tom's first power that he discovered he had was empathy. He KNEW what other people were feeling and he could always at least barely sympathize. He often also intertwines this with his healing powers to detect pains or wounds anyone else has.
Healing
Tom's healing powers were discovered at the same time as his flight. He can affect hormones, body functions, the body's reactions, the whole nine yards. In combat he accelerates others' speed in which their bodies repair themselves. He also increases reflexes and muscle strength in some, and boosts adrenalin in others.

- Bridget Cross - Briget is Tom's girlfriend. Tom loves Bridget more than anyone in the world. It was a lot like love at first sight, before things became complicated for a while. Following this, Tom saw Bridget again and they soon started dating.
- Jo M. Sterling - Jo is one of Tom's best friends. Within a mere 5 minutes of meeting her, they got into a shoe stealing war. Over time, their friendship has been fortified with poking wars, kicking wars, and a LOT of snuggling.
- Frostbound - Nikki is another one of Tom's best friends. Nikki also participates in poking and kicking wars, and recently Nikki and Tom have taken up the casual hobby of annoying random strangers in Pocket D.
- Phantom Operative - Walter the ninja. Walter has proven to be a good friend and confidante.
- Vocal Vagrant - James has recently become a person to confide in about past events.
- Barrie Shields - Barrie, James' fiance, who is a really fun person and close friend. They often perform shenanigans in Pocket D.
- Jordan Murphy - Jordan is the leader of the Lightning Strike Initiative, and a good very friend. Tom has also recently gotten the job of being Jordy's baby doctor.
- Raykera - Tom honestly hasn't spent much time with Ray, but has spent enough to know she's awesome. He's also the one that pestered her to go to the hospital when she was pregnant and having contractions minutes apart.
- Bluejaye - Kate is another good friend. They recently becane closer friends when Tom helped her through a rough period of events in her life.
- Oscine - Tom's spent a little time with Eric, and the time spent proved Eric a character.
- The Shadowy Hat - Carmen's a good person, and a good friend. Tom's unsure of the hat, though.
- Lia MacKay - Tom finds Lia's antics amusing, and admires her loyalty to others.
- Xeden - Chris, the other leader of the LSI, is someone Tom finds to have a good personality.
- Shadeknight II - Chris Two! Yet another on the list of Tom's friends. He's also a convincing actor.
- Clara Su'cour - Clara's a demon hunter and someone Tom's got respect for.
- Becca Su'cour - While Tom suspects Becca isn't the brightest crayon in the box, but he still thinks she's an overall awesome person. He also gave her a bunny. That jumped out of his hat.

- Spellborne - Sully used to be a close friend before pulling a bunch of stupid stunts, and now Tom just doesn't feel anything toward him. Also, the fact Tom isn't afraid of him irritates Sully.
