History
Matthew Burke was tired of all the "New" villains coming into the Rogue Isles and doing an awful job, so he contracted the Crey Corporation to create clones of himself to serve as lackeys. Larry Burke is one of those clones. This particular clone was accidentally released in the wrong place. Instead of the Rogue Isles, Larry was released in Nova Praetoria. The contracted shipping company apparently got something mixed up with Emporer Cole. Now, Larry senses his master's presence in another diminsion. He needs to find Matthew Burke and buy him sandwiches from Harby's.
