History
Matthew Burke was tired of all the "new" villains coming into the Rogue Isles and doing an awful job, so he contracted the Crey Corporation to create clones of himself to serve as lackeys. Harry Burke is one of those clones. This particular clone had a slight defect with Matthew Burke's hair genome, and the process of cloning made the hair extremely large and durable. Scientists at the Crey Corporation nicknamed this clone "Harry." Matthew liked the name so much he had it ingrained on the clone's memories.
Harry Burke founded the Circle of Burkes with his genetic brother, Lynch Burke.
