Tannenbomb - An orphan who's parents were killed in a car accident on Christmas Eve, Emmett Kraminski grew up as an angry youth in Berlin, Germany. Emmett eventually relocated to America after being accepted into MIT, going on the graduate and start his own business. After discovering his business partner had been committing corporate crimes, Emmett's company was driven bankrupt... on Christmas Day. Enraged, Emmett adopted the Tannenbomb persona, developed hand grenade-like explosive weapons and setout to spread "Christmas cheer" to his enemies and business rivals. Monsterface inevitably foiled his plot, sending him to prison.

Queen Condor - Annika Bartlett is an heiress who developed a bird fixation after a pigeon saved her life (long story). She turned to crime when her father cut her out of his will for partying too much. She uses homing pigeons to deliver messages/demands/threats and has a trained condor as her sidekick, as well as an ample supply of mooks who, while dressed in the traditional black turtlenecks, bear nicknames like Eagle, Falcon, Jay, and Yellow-Bellied Sapsucker (the new guy).

Foam Man - Matthew Rogers was a young man who was constantly teased for his intelligence. This abuse was brought to a head in college, when he was placed in a clock tower while asleep as a prank. He fell from the tower, but landed on foam gym mats. Obsessed with foam from then on, Matt got a job within Crey Industries. He studied the properties of foam, convinced new forms of the substance could be used to save lives. Crey Industries didn't think his research was cost-effective, so they cut his funding. Enraged, Matthew decided to strike back against his employers. With foam-based weaponry Matthew set out to rob one of Crey's banks, but was stopped by Ollie before he even reached the vault.

Cold Shoulder - Once a promising (if self-centered) researcher in the field of cryonics, Sara Sleat was caught in a lab explosion that left her right arm twisted and mangled. Adding insult to injury, a corporate probe blamed her for the accident. She was fired and black-listed from the technology sector. Enraged, Sleat kidnapped a former associate and, with their combined technological genius, constructed the Cold Shoulder harness, an exo-frame for her chest and right arm that granted her incredible strength and the ability to drop objects to sub-zero temperatures with a touch. Her few captures by Ollie can be chalked up to overconfidence moreso than any lack of ability.

Troubleshoot - Dante Murphy lives a double life. On one hand, he is a pillar of the community, a family man, and a successful banker. On the other hand, he is a hired gun who sells his skills to crime bosses who need problems taken care of. A cleaner working for the Family, Dante is frequently called upon to cover up messes mobsters make - even if it means witnesses.
