...I have nothing witty to say. Instead, I will simply list off a series of player characters and cliff notes histories. >_>
- Silver Wing - If there's one thing I feel obligated to gripe about, it's how WP is what Invuln should be. Ah, well. Toss in a halfhearted explanation about how Sil discovered the way he focused the Eternal Will was wrong, and this is New Sil, after a delete and a namechange. Willpower/Fire Tanker, Dawn.
- On Darkened Wings - The Silver Wing allows no one to abuse its former shells. Nothing, not even reanimation, dims the Silver Wing's glory - and the Revenant Hero Project is no exception. Unfortunately, a Revenant isn't capable of existing on its own.. unless someone else is willing to offer itself to fuel it, out of curiosity to see what it will do... Warshade, Twilight.
- Dalantia - A half-dragon fallen paladin. How many cliches can I fit into one character? Nobody knows, but damnit, it's a lot. Still. Katana/Dark/Dark Scrapper, Dawn.
- Dawnknight - The same half-dragon fallen paladin... but less fallen, more forgiven, and now with dual blade Ginsu action! Dual Blade/Willpower Scrapper, Dawn.
- Paramour - That which opposes the Dawn's goddess chooses its own champions. Her favored hand is a corrupted man, molded into a weapon against her enemy, balance against Circles of Day ideals.. Arachnos Widow, Midnight.
- Gentle Guardian - An embittered, world-weary Rikti War Veteran, who heals others by taking their pain on for himself, and talks to a voice in his head that belongs to a millennia-old feline humanoid "non-artificial intelligence". Empathy/Electric Defender, Dawn.
- Redeemed Heart - Formerly the Burning Heart, the character transcended his human limitations and now smiles sheepishly in the face of trivial little things like gravity. Peacebringer, Dawn.
- Zhuge Jiang - A mild-mannered showman cook by day.. who happens to be descended from the Glorious Strategist. If this Glorious Strategist - and the courtesan who will not leave - would just leave him alone, his life would be so much easier. Huang's Bow also has other ideas about this living peacefully thing, too... Illusion/Trick Arrow Controller, Twilight.
- Echo Dusk - A young crippled man, whose formerly crippled body has been nearly completely replaced with cybernetics - whose devotion is purely to experiencing what he could not, trapped in a wheelchair. Archery/Ice/Cold Blaster, Dawn.
- Echo Dawn - A young man who now possesses the ability to change his combat configuration - though not quite on the fly - to adapt to defensive combat instead of being purely assault, with the aid of a pair of half-ton monomolecular blades and a fierce, unbroken will. Willpower/Dual Blades Tanker, Dawn.
- Softest Touch - Quite possibly the nicest guy a lot of people know.. even if he is just a figment of their imagination. ...a figment of their imagination that could destroy and remake reality if he wanted. Kinetics/Psionics Defender, Twilight.
- Street Cavalier - The kind of gangbanger you do want to meet in a dark alley, the one with six friends, high ideals, and whose virtues include compassion, companionship, and generosity. And the twin pair of ungodly powerful enchanted handguns don't hurt matters at all... Thugs/Poison Mastermind, Dawn.
- Angueus - A cloistered genius, being slowly consumed by his own genetic failures, manipulated into crime and incest by his sister and brother due to their obvious genetic perfection, and whose best - perhaps only - friends are the robots that he animates with dark energy. Life is good? Robotics/Dark Miasma Mastermind, indifferent.
- Violent Thunder - Consumed with remorse for his hateful spirit, mastering the rage within by recalling the gift given to him, now choosing to sacrifice himself to protect others, as he was meant to. Electric Melee/Electric Armor Brute, Dawn.
- Shattered Thought - A woman whose powers are as much curse as blessing, whose sanity seems to be inversely proportional to the amount of people around her. Wielding the shards of her shattered mind, she sought to find out why this happened to her - and if she's lucky, get some payback. Now, she provides the strong sword arm of the new Twilight. Psionic Blaster, Twilight.
- Shattered Spark - An ultra-intelligent young man, part of the same accident as Thought, with different effects and powers, faced with the same questions, and the same desire for answers. Now that he's found the answers, he'll be content when the manifestation of his ethos joins the pantheon. Fire/Mental Blaster, Twilight.
- Shattered Grace - A woman whose control is a fragile thing, warped and twisted by the malicious accident. Electric Melee/Willpower Brute, Twilight.
- Shattered Sight - A blind man that sees too much, whose discipline helped him walk the fine line between undercover agent and agent of Midnight. Ice/Pain Domination Corruptor, Twilight.
- Shattered Ways - The one that got away luckiest from the accident that changed their lives, functional around people even if she can't stop thinking about them... Martial Arts/Willpower Scrapper, Twilight.
- Shattered Perception - Any military man will tell you "Never volunteer". That goes triple for the Dawn Knight order. Especially when five people warn you that volunteering is a bad idea. Unfortunately, Watson would never have survived his first deployment. Sonic/Dual Pistols Defender, Twilight.
- Shattered Heaven - There is always a logical reason for things. Even the Divines cannot violate natural laws. Energy/Mental Blaster, Twilight.
- Starpiercer - A hesitant young godling being groomed for his place as successor to established divinity, hiding an iron will and a desire to do good for its own sake behind a stammering, impetuous, and sometimes outright stupid layer of naivete. Broadsword/Willpower Scrapper, Dawn demigod.
- Skypiercer - An independent young godling bringing his own cult into ascendance, showing a razor-sharp intellect and a desire to test himself against the best he can find with a powersuit and military-grade assault weapons of his own design. Assault Rifle/Energy Blaster, Twilight deity.
- Six-Gun Salute - A mercenary with a useless power with high Power Perversion Potential - the ability to duplicate himself into up to 6 clones of the original. Of course, with military training, a keen eye, and a stockpile of heavy weaponry, a useless power becomes a prized commodity. But what's he really after? Mercenaries/Traps Mastermind, Dawn.
- Archinlar - A temporally displaced warrior of an empire whose glory was just beginning when the Kheldians again returned to the galaxy. He Who Refuses To Live, the first Peacebringer of a new era, submerging his desire to die in battle to honor his House and become one with this being to seal a treaty, forced into the past through the gambit of a rookie Polaran fighter pilot.. Peacebringer, Dawn.
- South Boston Saint - The son of a legendary figure in Boston urban legends, demonstrating that maybe it wasn't God, it was dumb luck that got a bunch of Mafiosos dead, despite best intentions. Because, you know, didn't He say something about sleeping with strange radioactive Russian girls..? Dark Melee/Regeneration Scrapper, Dawn.
- Endless Sky - An occasionally forgetful genius who, despite this, makes frequently outstanding discoveries in the realms of cybernetics and energy generation (and projection). Some would argue that after replacing his own arms after an experiment gone wrong, he's slipped firmly over the edge into mad scientist territory, but no one really argues with either his results or his motives - to make life better for everyone, without forcing it on them. Kinetic/Electric Scrapper, Dawn.
- Posikhan - "We're not real. I'm living in a goddamned game. You can't see the UI? You can't see the target brackets? Hell, I can even see what powers you have! HOW CAN YOU NOT SEE IT!?" Radiation Corruptor, Dawn.
- The World Arcana - A young man, one day, is forced to look in the mirror, and face himself. Instead of wilting, he fights it - and becomes able to harness its power, as the first of a series of trials... Dual Blade/Regeneration Scrapper, Dawn.
- Hopeful Sunrise - Mastery of the self is the first step of the Sacred Arts, and for almost all, the last. While he has been able to take the next step, he is more comfortable defending himself and others with sword and shield, honing himself into a weapon to protect that which he loves most of all... Broadsword/Shield Scrapper, Twilight.
- Bright Whisper - A renegade Arachnos operative, tired of Arachnos's lies, chooses to rebel against his masters, bringing along the only one he can trust, no matter her sanity... Soldier, Dawn.
- Leon Cross - The Paragon Police Department's undercover division was made an offer by the Circle of Dawn - use one of our men to infiltrate the Russian mob, and we will offer you assistance in other cases. The PPD chose to use one of their own, forgetting that not all men have the power to resist the Midnight's corruption - and now, their agent has become the Midnight's new favorite... Dual Pistols/Energy Blaster, Midnight.
- Meihime - A woman full of regret, waiting to die alone, begins to look for a way to be herself for the first time in her life... Street Justice/Dark Armor Stalker, Unaligned.
