Lilian Evans began as a random character for @Nimble Minx in 2006 because of her serious need for a catgirl, she being a feline wannabe IRL. After much tweaking, and several months of development, Lilian Evans (briefly in the Isles as Lilian Anselm) has come into her own as a character, though not doing anything life shattering in the way of hero work, she is one of @Nimble Minx's favourite roleplay characters.

Personality
Lilian Evans has been, and will always be, one of the most compassionate people you will ever meet. Startling charming, even to her, she is able to say things that most people do not want to hear, and say it in such a way that it is perhaps actually taken into consideration.
She is kind, considerate, and always concerned about the feelings and well-being of her friends, as well as various random strangers through-out her life.
Lily would take a bullet even now for friends who had betrayed her in the past, and would put her loved ones health before her own.
Fiercely loyal and loving, she takes the relationships she enters into, whether friendship or romantic, very seriously and does not do so lightly.
Weaknesses and Limitations
Lily is not the strongest person in the world, though for what she lacks in strength, she makes up for in agility.
She still, to this day, tries to avoid drawing attention to the fact that is part cat, not that she is ashamed, but just that she is trying so hard to hold onto the pure humanity she once knew. If she catches herself grooming her ears, she tends to chastise herself.
While Lily is not wholly sensitive to criticism, some topics get at her so deeply that she will be on them for days, leaving little room for much else.
... She also has a fascination with shiny objects and things that dangle, much like her cat-half.
Pixel
Pixel, a name that will come up often if you speak to Lily. He is her kitten, the orange, fluffy beast with whom she was spliced to make herself part cat, and he more human in the things he could do.
Pixel was a special cat, even before his splicing with Lily, being able to walk through walls, and teleport around with but a single thought. The advancement of his brain through their mesh only sharpened this, and gave Pixel a more 'human' set of emotions, which he showed when he fell head over heels for Dmitri Petranov, True Silver, and Don Giordano.
Pixel is Lily's only Paragon-side family at the moment, and for that, he is a huge part of her life, and she treats him like a son, or even better, a younger brother. She gets frantic when he disappears unless she knows /exactly/ who he is with.
Character History
Tenuous Beginning
Lilian Serenity Evans, born to parents Amaera and Joshua in Munich, Germany, 1985, was the first born Evans child. Though she was born in Germany, not much of her younger years were spent there, her father having been relocated to Paragon for business in Kings Row, where he worked in construction, as an architect.
Her younger years were spent training with a katana, something her mother and father had both been terribly good at when they were young, and how they'd met in Germany. Her father, an American, had been located in Germany working social projects at the time, and her mother, a native German, fell almost instantly in love.
After they had Lily, and moved to Paragon, things became a bit stressed between the two, but they continued on as if nothing had happened, and Lily continued her training, moving fast forward in the small, local circuits she competed in.
Study Abroad
After Lily graduated from High School, her father afforded her the chance to go and study in Germany, where she could learn both about her culture, as well as study to become a Veterinarian (a life-long dream of hers).
It took her several years, and after many a failed relationship attempt as a flighty barely-there adult, Lily began to take herself, and her relationships more seriously.
Before she left Germany, she was stopped on the street by a lady, though odd to her, the words she said left resonating in her mind, "You will live alone, and you will die alone."
Lily, has since then, taken it as a prophecy, and become more than guarded with her emotions, and her heart.
Homecoming
When she returned to Kings Row, to begin her life as a Veterinarian, she decided that she'd avoid using Joshua Evans' money, and make it on her own, which of course had her living in an apartment the size of a closet; and that was only half the battle since she tended to bring work home with her.
It wasn't until late 2006 that Lily found herself a catgirl, experiments had been going on back-room of the hospital she worked at, and as she was tending to one of their more 'special' pets, Pixel, the combination of whatever they'd been mixing behind line had gotten volatile, and exploded, sending the hospital into rubble, and Lily and Pixel into a new life together.
Rogue Isles
Lily spent a few month stint within the Rogue Isles, after being invited to live at the Don_Giordano's Villa. She took up home with him and his associates, finding herself the Don's 'girlfriend' and part of the well-known Giordano_Family.
Though, through events that neither herself nor the Don will talk about, they parted ways amicably, albeit leaving a resounding tension that left her alienated from the Family and their dealings, she left in a state of confusion and loss within the Isles.
This led to her decision to return to hero work within the city of Paragon.
Venerable Return
Lily was never a well-known hero, and still isn't, but upon her return to Paragon she once again took up her father's name, Evans, and sought work as a Veterinarian in Steel Canyon.
While milling around the Pocket D, she found herself instantly engrossed in a conversation with True_Silver, with whom she spoke of love and loss, and the way that life will 'sometimes surprise you' in things... little did she or he know just how surprising life would come to be.
On July 27, 2007, Lilian Evans and Mr. Daniel Justice were wed near the Pocket D entrance, and an angel statue, in Founders' Falls. Their closest were in attendance, and the ceremony, though small, brought tears to the eyes of everyone present.
Life surprised Lilian by giving her the love of her life, after she thought she'd lost it all...

But this one not only captures what I consider the beauty of her personality, but also the kinds of things she's been through, that have made her both stronger, yet at the same time weak.
