In-Game Background
Once, Denny Kidd was just another proud and upstanding Praetorian citizen, happily working as a waiter at Pirate Captain Sinclair's Pizza Time Emporium! It was a good life keeping the aspiring young tykes of Praetoria's bright future entertained with stories of pirates and hot pepperoni pizzas, that is up until that fateful day he delivered a meal in twenty seconds (or less).
Realizing that as a mutant, his singing pizza delivery guy days were over, Denny used his powers to jury-rig himself a pair of working flintlocks and took his first mate costume off to join Powers Division, ready to give his life to defend his beloved Emperor and his utopia.
This lasted five minutes into his first mission.
Convinced to join the Resistance, he worked odd jobs for Calvin Scott before being sent off to Primal Earth. Now he's Paragon's newest sensation, a pirate hero who was convinced by his new teammates into keeping his cheesy pirate costume.
