Orphan
Vexx arrived on the isles as an orphan without a home. He spend his first few weeks sleeping in snake pits he cleared out and eating food he would either steal or pay for with money he had pick pocketed off of people in Pocket D. His first home was with Crystal Sunheart and Ryo Tashi in the base of the Sadist's Blade. While there he met Aura Crush whose wallet he pick pocketed. In a crazy moment of spontaneity she adopted him. However, issues arose between her and Crystal Sunheart as to who should truly be his mother. During the confusion he became unadopted and decided neither woman would be his mother.
Meanwhile he mentored under Kichi who was training him in the use of his powers and kept him inline. She acted much like a mother figure for him and just recently officially adopted him.
School House Rock!
Vexx strives for greatness and works hard to become the man he wants to be. That said he was told that a strong man must also be a smart man and a smart man must go to school. However he soon found school in the isles isn't all it's cracked up to be. He entered school with a warm smile and a welcoming face and found that the students didn't want him there. Restraining himself he aloud the other students to pick on him until finally he snapped and burned down the school, his body transforming into a being of flames.
Bloody Battle!
The child's transformed body was full of rage and burned its way across the isles straight to Bloody Bay where he reaked havoc. Someone had to stop him and that job fell upon The Neverenders. Graff(Graffiti Samurai), Katie (Vermilion Rose), Razor (Lightbreaker), all battled the being only to loose. In a last ditch effort Jet Falcon and Far Twilight who had come into the fight after the Neverenders failed combined their powers to subdue Vexx, but will it happen again?
Where is he now?
Having left the Sadist's Blade Vexx needed to find a new home. Drifting for awhile he never found a new group to call home until Kichi took him on a mission with the Dread Aces. A few days after the mission he joined up with them to become a rogue Rogue Islander.
The Flame Tatoo
Having joined Kichi]'s family as an adopted son Vexx felt he needed the tatoo. He asked Kichi if he could and after a short moment of thought she decided to place it on him. To him it's a huge honor and he wears the tatoo around his eye with pride. One day he wishes to grow up to be the next Flame Assassin, and until then he will train to be strong enough to be it.
Teacher's Pet.
Vexx began to grow weak psychic abilities which he couldn't control. These abilities were quickly noticed by Arachnos and they wanted them. He was kidnapped and brainwashed into working for them. However his will is strong and part of him fought the Brainwashing and found his way back to the Aces as a fractured mind. Arachnos however still had an Ace in their sleeve and threatend his life if the Dread Aces did not help them with a few small jobs they needed Vexx to do. The Aces helped until they were told to kill a school teacher, it was the final straw, though the fractured mind Vexx did kill her, Sovereign Fist would not let her stay dead and revived her. Arachnos was unpleased with this turn of events and took it out on Vexx, killing him swiftly. However the Dread Aces would not let him stay dead either. Pulling off his signature techno gloves and placing them on Vexx, Fearghas hopefully yelled "Phoenix Program Activate." and brought a flame back into Vexx, reving him and bringing him back to his normal self, sans Arachnos Control.
Power down
The events with Arachnos however, made him fear his powers. He saw what he could do, though he knew his actions weren't his fault he felt bad for killing the teacher and anyone else he might have killed or injured. This put him into a mental state that stopped his powers from working. Kichi at the time worked to find a solution, while Jet and Fearghas helped Vexx train. It wasn't resolved until the Aces with the help of the Zenvious Foundation went up to Vexx's birthplace of Whistler and searched thru an abandoned lab. The lab was filled with Rikti and other strange things, many things to do with Vexx's life before finding himself in the Isles. His powers returned to him as the neared the deepest part of the lab, after defeating a large nuclear monster with a strange power locked in his heart. After it's defeat the monster's power instinctvely surged with Vexx making Vexx feel stronger then ever. To this day Vexx doesn't understand what happend, or why the monster felt so familiar to him but he plans on one day finding out.
Friends
- Kichi- His mother and his mentor, there's very little he wouldn't do to please Kichi. He works hard to become like her and wants nothing more then to grow up to be as strong as she is.
- Fearghas- One of the first people Vexx met on the isles, Fearghas was a nice older man who even let Vexx practice his abilities on him. Fearghas has become something of an Uncle to Vexx and he will go to him if he needs man to man advice. Vexx once set Fearghas's amazing hair on fire, he doesn't think Fearghas has forgiven him yet.
- Trevor Pillman(When he isn't being a jerkface)- Vexx doesn't know to much about Trevor, part of him thinks Trevor doesn't like him as he flat out says he doesn't. However he has seen compassion from him from time to time, even being invited to stay with him and Mel when times were rough for Kichi and Vexx needed somewhere to stay.
- Aura Crush- The first person Vexx met when he arrived on the isles, a ruthless assassin with that famous brittish sarcasm. She took a liking to Vexx but at the same time didn't let it show. Part of him wants to be like her, even though he disagrees with her loyalties to Arachnos. Although she was his mother for a breif time he sees her more as a big sister.
- Wendy Olsen- Vexx met Wendy in the Pocket D after sevral attempts at Pick Pocketing her. She took some time to get to know him and has grown a fondness to him. It is not uncommon for her to buy him hot dogs and milk shakes when she sees him in the D. He sees her as an aunt a close friend, also one of the few heroes he likes.
- Crimson Cutlass-His boss and another mentor. Vexx finds Crimson to be one of his favorite people, strong, courageous, and has a lust for life he's seen in very few. He thinks she's a good boss and loves it when she tells him stories of her past. He would do anything to protect her and wears a luck charm that she gave to him at all times.
- Jet Nitro- Jet has quickly became an aunt figure to him. He intergrated her into his ever growing family as he started to work with the Aces. Though on the outside she seems cold, he has found that she has a very soft spot for him and likes to see that gentleness come out in her. More often then not he can be found perched on her shoulders after a long day.
- Unchained Melodie- A woman Vexx can't quite understand but at the same time highly respects. When he first began to gain mental abilities Fearghas suggest he meet Melodie. Though it took awhile when he finally did meet her they made quick friends. He doesnt' quite understand her but will come to her when he needs help.
- BlackSpiralDancer- The big green wolf is something of a mystery to Vexx. He feels safe around him and wants to learn more about him. Vexx trusts him based on the fact that his mother and Mel have a close relationship to him and seem to trust him with their lives.
- Sungazer- Vexx thinks Sungazer is a goofy clown and loves it. He likes spending time around him and will often play off of Sungazer's goofyness.
- Zeal Drain- Vexx's former WoW buddy. They played WoW toghether, then Zeal quit, now Vexx is sad.
- De-Motivator- A person Vexx just flat out can't understand. Vexx has decided to call him Rem, though it's unsure why.
- Dead Eye Jake- Jake is a bit of a weird case for Vexx. He likes him, despite the fact that Vexx feels he's slightly honorless. Vexx is always up for a fight with Jake but often doesn't get it.
Enemies
- Hates both Longbow and Arachnos.
- Capt. Starfall?- Kichi likes to fight Capt. Starfall, Vexx likes to by Proxy.
- Chil Yeti- Vexx can't stand his attitude and also sees that he bothers Kichi, he is an enemy by proxy as well.
- Unchainer-Originally an enemy by proxy as Kichi's arch rival, Vexx now has his own problems with her. He finds her to be honorless and dislikes her fake nice attitude. He is very worried that Unchainer will do something that will break up his family, mostly by doing something to his mother. He wants to stop Unchainer before she can do anything and he wants to make sure she doesn't get to Kichi.
