Personality
Alternately very humble about his abilities and full of false bravado. Cole tries to adapt to any situation that he is in, and puts on a different face depending who is around. He is somewhat flirtatious with his female teammates, female friends, female nurses... well, just about any girl that he runs across... but will often be a bit shocked if any of them return his advances. He is not so much skilled at flirting as - not so skilled at all, really. His social skills sometimes seem awkward, due to his time in near complete isolation growing up.

Cole has the ability to freeze things. He's been shown in the past to freeze enemies in place, create ice to be thrown at them, cover areas of the ground with a slick coating of ice, and create localized hailstorms.
He also has superspeed. Unlike many of the speedsters running around Paragon, Cole's metabolism isn't hyperaccelerated to the point that he needs to eat constantly. However, he also does not have the superior healing abilities that some speedsters come standard with. He's theorized that this may be due to his cryonic abilities.
Weaknesses
As mentioned, Cole does not have the typical speedster "healing factor," although he does heal faster than a normal human. His powers over cold also leave him particularly sensitive to increases in temperature.
Unless he can use his speed to dodge enemy attacks, he also has all the weaknesses of a normal human. He appears to be very susceptible to catching large rocks with his forehead, as well.
Equipment
Powered Flight Suit
Cole sometimes wears a suit of powered flight armor. In addition to making him a little more resistant to damage, the flight capabilities of the suit give him another dimension to move in, albeit much slower than he is able to achieve by running. The wings on the suit serve like training wheels to help him guide himself, as the main propulsion is through the rocket boots. The damage dampening abilities of the armor can be augmented by putting a helmet on, but Cole steadfastly refuses to do so, citing "helmet hair."
Rocket Boots
Cole managed to reverse engineer the rocket boots from his powered flight armor to add to a normal costume. He has a slightly harder time maneuvering without the wings, but he has gained a good amount of experience flying by himself. Slowly.
Freeze Gun
Cole has a freeze gun. He feels like it somehow makes himself a more effective hero. He probably should look into that helmet thing.
