Powers
Energy Blast
Drawing from the ambient energy around himself, he is able to project it into concussive blasts. He is able to control the nature of these blasts, using them for accurate sniping to less pinpoint methods, although with the latter he is able to strike many more targets simultaneously. Over time he has mastered the "Nova" blast, able to hit an unconfirmed number of targets in close proximity.
Energy Manipulation
Using his own energy reserves he is able to concentrate his internal energy in his fists; when making contact with a foe this energy is released to devastating effect, often disorienting or knocking his foes back great distances.
The use of this power drains his stamina at a fast rate. He counters this by eating high carbohydrate foods, sugary snacks, and drinks.
Flight
He is able to fly.
Character Crey Threat Assessment
This Subject known only as "Exodus", has been a mystery since the day we started noticing his rise in Paragon. As he begun acsending amongst the Hero community, we found it necessary to do our own private investigation. From the research we gathered we believe "Exodus" arrived in Paragon during the rebuilding of the City.
"Exodus" is a mutant born with the ability to draw energy from his will and channel it outwards usually through his hands. However this was unbeknownst to him until recently. He always felt that if he thought he could do something he would do it. Which is one reason why he came to almost perfect multiple types of energy blast. Somehow he has learned to channel the energy inward which allows him the ability to fly. On a more recent note, Exodus has discovered a way in which he uses his willpower alone and can make others invisable. Using that inward makes him almost invisable.
Subject has been working with the SuperGroup "The Defenders of Paragon" for sometime now and developing new ways in which to channel his Energy. High Security level threats "Bayne" and "Xanatos", both of which are in Subject's Supergroup "the Defenders of Paragon", have taught and motivated the subject to further his powers. Thus resulting in subject training himself to become almost invisable.
