This category generally refers to characters who:

A) Are associated with or somehow connected to Pocket D in-character. Characters who somehow work within the D as a bartender or DJ, or other staff may be in this category. They may be full or part-time staff, working either throughout the year or just during certain times (such as when the ski chalet is open).

B) Spend a lot of time in the D, either in-character or out. They may use the D for roleplaying to spend time with friends or meet new people. They may also spend time in Pocket D for the purpose of recruiting for supergroups or PvP.
