Starting Powers: Diving EMT Rescue, Power Bolt

React: When Ambulance Man activates a Power that heals another Super: Inflict 2 energy damage on Ambulance Man. That Power heals an additional hit point.

Amparo Sol

Hero - Peacebringer

Powersets: Luminous Blast * Luminous Aura

Acc/Def/Health: 3/3/20

Starting Powers: Solar Wheel, Shining Shield

When Amparo Sol rests, he heals 2 hit points.

Black Caiman

Hero - Scrapper

Powersets: Martial Arts * Invulnerability

Acc/Def/Health: 3/3/22

Starting Powers: Thunder Kick, "It's Only Meat"

Black Caiman does not have a travel power.

Black Caiman has resistance 1 to smashing, lethal and fire damage and resistance 4 to toxic damage.


BlackHammer

Hero - Tanker

Powersets: Invulnerability * Stone Melee

Starting Powers: Temporary Invulnerability, Extra Crunch

When BlackHammer is damaged by an opposing Super, he gains resistance 1 to all damage types until the beginning of his next action.

Travel Power: Super Jump


Darkfang

Hero - Scrapper

Powersets: Dark Melee * Regeneration

Starting Powers: Vitae Theft, Reconstruction

Action: Remove a Sidekick card in your hand from the game: Take a Hero card with "Ravenbane" in the name and put it into play as a Sidekick with -8 maximum hit points. If you have a Power in your hand that can be played on Ravenbane, you may put it into play.

Travel Power: Super Jump


Diebuster Destiny

Hero - Peacebringer

Powersets: Luminous Blast * Luminous Aura

Acc/Def/Health: 3/3/20

Starting Powers: Gleaming Blast, Soul of the Nonoriri

React: During your action: Choose a Luminous Blast attack Power. During your next action, that attack has +2 Accuracy and inflicts +1 damage (of all types). If you do not attack using that Power during your next action, discard a card.

Dragonberry

Hero - Scrapper

Powersets: Spines * Invulnerability

Dragonberry may have up to two Sidekicks in play.

Dr. Forkenshpoon

Hero - Defender

Powersets: Radiation Emission * Radiation Blast

Starting Powers: SCIENCE!, X-Ray Beam

React: When Dr. Forkenshpoon targets an opposing Super with an attack: Flip a coin. If it is heads, the attack inflicts +1 damage (of all types). React: When an opposing Super inflicts damage on Dr. Forkenshpoon: Flip a coin. If it is tails, Dr. Forkenshpoon gains resistance 1 to all damage types for that attack.

Powersets: Stone Armor * Super Strength

Acc/Def/Health: 3/3/25

Starting Powers: Last Stand, Punch

React: Activate when an ally is targeted by a Power that is not targeting this Super, discard a card: Redirect the Power to Graphite if he is a legal target.

Travel Power: Teleport


Groundwave

Hero - Controller

Powersets: Earth Control * Radiation Emission

Acc/Def/Health: 3/3/20

Starting Powers: Geo-Beam Projection, Radiation Aura

React: When an effect from an opposing Super's Powers or Edges causes you to discard one or more Powers that could be played on Groundwave (as a direct effect or payment of a cost): Choose one of those Powers and put it into play.

Travel Power: Super Speed


Halley's Comet

Hero - Tanker

Powersets: Ice Armor * Super Strength

Acc/Def/Health: 3/3/25

Starting Powers: Frozen Armor, Cryonic Blow

If a non-toggle Power used by Halley's Comet causes at least one opposing Super to discard one or more cards during that action, draw a card for each card discarded.

Hour Woman

Starting Powers: Siphon Power, Temporal Distortion

React: During your action, discard 3 cards: Take another action after this one. You may only take one additional action in a row.

Jack Rawks

Hero - Warshade

Powersets: Umbral Blast * Umbral Aura

Acc/Def/Health: 3/3/20

Starting Powers: Shadow Bolt, Kegstand!

Jack Rawks has +1 Accuracy when attacking female Supers, inflicts +1 damage (of one type) when attacking male Supers and has +1 Defense when targeted by opposing Supers that are neither male nor female (use your better judgement).

Travel Power: Teleport


Jenny Furr

Hero - Controller

Powersets: Ice Control * Storm Summoning

Starting Powers: Block of Ice, Will-o'-the-Wisps

When recharging Powers, you may charge a Power 1 additional click (90 degrees) in either direction.

Kelp Plankton

Hero - Blaster

Powersets: Water Blast * Devices

Acc/Def/Health: 4/3/20

Starting Powers: Hydro Blast, Caltrops

Energy Blast Powers count as Water Blast Powers for the purposes of putting Powers into play on Kelp Plankton.

Action: Discard 2 cards: Search your deck for a Devices Power that may legally be played on him and put it into play.

Kheldragon

Powersets: Umbral Blast * Umbral

Acc/Def/Health: 3/3/20

Starting Powers: Graviton Pulse, Orbiting Death

If Kheldragon inflicts negative energy damage on an opposing Super, you may choose to have it inflict fire damage instead.

Kid Psyche

Powersets: Empathy * Psychic Blast

Starting Powers: Psionic Disruption, Healing Aura

React: When Kid Psyche or an ally is targeted by an attack: Look at the opposing Super's hand.

Kyle Helsing

Hero - Blaster

Powersets: Assault Rifle * Energy Manipulation

Acc/Def/Health: 4/3/20

Starting Powers: Buckshot, Glowing Strike

Kyle Helsing inflicts +2 smashing damage with melee attacks.

Travel Power: Super Jump


Lady Permafrost

Hero - Controller

Powersets: Ice Control * Empathy

Acc/Def/Health: 3/3/20

Starting Powers: Snowblind, Heal Other

React: When Lady Permafrost inflicts damage with an Ice Control Power: The attack does no damage. If the attack causes a stun or immobilization effect, double the duration of that effect. This increase takes effect before any other Powers, Edges, or Enhancements that affect stun or immobilization duration.

Lord Xad

Powersets: Electrical Blast * Electricity Manipulation

Acc/Def/Health: 4/3/20

Starting Powers: Lightning Bolt, Opportunity Strikes

If Lord Xad has 10 hit points or less, all attacks get +1 damage (all types) and +1 accuracy. If Lord Xad has 5 hit points or less, all attacks get +2 damage (all types) and +2 accuracy instead.

Starting Powers: Bonds of Flame, Radiation Aura

Loth's attacks inflict +2 fire damage to Supers that are stunned or immobilized.

Luficia

Hero - Scrapper

Powersets: Broadsword * Dark Armor

Acc/Def/Health: 3/3/22

Starting Powers: Hack, Shadow Force

Whenever one of Luficia's Powers stuns, immobilizes or causes knockdown, the opposing Super must discard a card.

Prince of Light

Powersets: Luminous Blast * Luminous Aura

Starting Powers: Glinting Eye, Aduran Light

When a Power or Edge provides a bonus to Prince of Light's resistance or damage, that bonus is +1 its normal value.

Ravenbane

Powersets: Dark Melee * Super Reflexes

Starting Powers: Vitae Theft, Focused Fighting

Action: Remove a Sidekick card in your hand from the game: Take a Hero card with "Darkfang" in the name and put it into play as a Sidekick with -8 maximum hit points. If you have a Power in your hand that can be played on Darkfang, you may put it into play.

Redeemed Heart

Hero - Peacebringer

Powersets: Luminous Blast * Luminous Aura

Starting Powers: Glinting Eye, Tranquil Defense

React: When an attack targeting Redeemed Heart fails its accuracy check: Draw a card.

Resounding Hop

React: When an allied Super is targeted by an attack: That Super has +1 Defense for that attack.

Starting Powers: Ebon Eye, Knowing the Unknown

If Sight of Midnight has 7 or less hit points, he heals 2 hit points during each action.

Sir Morgant

Powersets: Assault Rifle * Electricity Manipulation

Acc/Def/Health: 4/3/20

Starting Powers: Vangelis, Lightning Field

Energy Manipulation Powers count as Electricity Manipulation for the purposes of putting Powers into play on Sir Morgant.

Sister Scorch

Hero - Tanker

Powersets: Fiery Aura * Energy Melee

Acc/Def/Health: 3/3/25

Starting Powers: Inferno Shroud, Barrage

If a Power, Inspiration or effect would boost Sister Scorch's damage, you may instead choose to increase her resistance to smashing and lethal damage by the same amount.

Sky Raider X

Powersets: Assault Rifle * Devices

Acc/Def/Health: 4/3/20

Starting Powers: Superior Tactics, Web Grenade

Sky Raider X has resistance 1 to all damage types.

Space Mage

Hero - Defender

Powersets: Dark Miasma * Energy Blast

Acc/Def/Health: 3/3/20

Starting Powers: Tar Patch, Magic Missile

Action: Discard 2 cards: Discard a Power card. Perform an action on the discarded Power card as if it were on Space Mage.

Travel Power: Teleport


Susie-Bot

Hero - Tanker

Powersets: Invulnerability * Super Strength

Starting Powers: Ablative Armor, Jab

React: After a successful attack, discard 1 card: Ranged attack. Inflict 3 energy damage.

Thag Zhug

Hero - Tanker

Powersets: Stone Armor * War Mace

Acc/Def/Health: 3/3/25

Starting Powers: Bash, Thick Skin

Thag Zhug does not have a travel power.

React: Discard a card: Thag Zhug has +1 damage (of each damage type) or resistance 1 to all damage types until the beginning of his next action.


Tonatiuh

Hero - Blaster

Powersets: Fire Blast * Fire Manipulation

Acc/Def/Health: 4/3/20

Starting Powers: Flares, Divine Presence

React: When Tonatiuh is hit by an attack: Inflict 2 fire damage on the attacker. This is not an attack and does not require an accuracy check.

Turkey Lurkey

Powersets: Martial Arts * Regeneration

Acc/Def/Health: 3/3/22

Starting Powers: Storm Kick, Know Thine Enemy

Action: Discard 1 card: Ranged attack. Inflict 3 lethal damage. This attack has +1 Accuracy and you do not need to discard to chase.

Voidshriek

Powersets: Umbral Blast * Umbral Aura

Acc/Def/Health: 3/3/10

Starting Powers: Gravimetric Snare, Umbral Healing

React: When Voidshriek inflicts negative energy damage on an opposing Super: Put a counter on Voidshriek.

Zambo

Powersets: Mind Control * Radiation Emission

Starting Powers: Judgement of Set, Radiation Infection

Action: Discard 2 cards, discard a Power on Zambo: Search your deck for a Power that may legally be played on Zambo and put it into play on him.

Zenvious

Powersets: Gravity Control * Kinetics

Acc/Def/Health: 3/3/20

Starting Powers: Gravity Distortion, Temporal Binding

Action: Discard 1 card: Inflict 2 smashing damage. You may change the target's combat tactics to Toe-to-Toe or Run-n-Gun.
